    I am writing to you to file a complaint about the service that I was treated in your service centre on last October 10 2020
    I bought a R15 about a year and a two month ago. the problem my bike have is that the paint from the alloy wheel and shock absorber peels off. when I noticed this problem I visited nearby service centre so called supreme Yamaha at vadakara. When I express my complaint to them they didn't even mind to hear nor attend to solve the issue in my bike. the bike is in the warranty period so that the service centre should paint it or resolve the problem but they told me to pay the price for painting in the peeled off area.
    I bought this bike due to the good reputation in Yamaha.now I feel very bad and thinking to sell the bike. This same type of complaint can be seen in every one of my friend and others. Due to poor, very poor and unsatisfied customer service at Vadakara.
    I made a good effort for buying this bike and now this problem exist.
    My humble request is that please improve the customer service and their responsibility towards the customer and teach them a lesson otherwise I wouldn't recommend this brand to any one of my friend or relative.
    I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter soon.

    I checked your Web site it shows price approximately 89 thousand on-road price. I went to buy yamaha ray zr disc model bike near by me. They told me the price of bike approximately 92 thousand. I asked why this much difference. They told me they additionaly provide extra fitting like number plate(750Rs), helmet(550Rs), service and some other reason. I told them I don't want any extra fittings, helmet and number plate.they told me without this things they not sell bike to me. They refuse to sell so I came back. What will I do to buy the bike without extra fittings and helmet.

    मी 2017 मध्ये RX सॅल्यूटो ही गाडी घेतली एकच वर्षात गाडीचे इंजिन काम निघाले म्हणून मी गाडी सर्विस सेंटरला दिली काम करण्यासाठी. पंधरा दिवसानंतर त्यांनी गाडी मला परत दिली पण गाडीचे काम बरोबर झाले नव्हते गाडीतून ऑइल इंजिन गळत होते म्हणून मी त्यांना गाडी परत निखिल चे काम करण्यासाठी दिली तर त्यांनी तीन वेळा लिखित चे काम केले पण तीन वेळा कामात त्यांना यश आले नाही व गाडीचे ऑइल गळती चालू राहिले नंतर मी त्यांना वारंवार विनंती केली तक्रार केली पण त्यांनी माझ्या गाडीचे काम काही केले नाही व उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे दिली मी आज पर्यंत नादुरुस्त गाडी वापरत आहे बाकी म्हणायचं झालं तर यामाहा गाडी तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या उत्तम दर्जाची आहे पण कस्टमरला योग्य ती वागणूक दिली जात नाही आणि कस्टमर च्या तक्रारींची दखल घेतली जात नाही यांच्याकडे व्यवस्थापनाने जाणीवपूर्वक लक्ष देणे गरजेचे आहे हीच माझी विनंती आहे कंपनी व्यवस्थापनाला

    I'm Anitha  from Chengalpet.I gave my Yamaha fascino red colour for 2nd free service in chengalpattu branch - 603001. But the bike service is very bad. What are the complaints I told them not to sort out and give back to us.Bikes are not proper in water wash also.So I request you to take it as a complaint and sort out the problems .

    I purchase a yamaha fzs v3 bike from paul auto mobiles behala kadamtala. 7-8 months later I follow a problem occured my bike. A bumping issue arrising. I contact service center at joke. they cann't solve the problem. somehow 5-6 thousand rupees are the parts price are taken from me. I am disappointed their service. Till now the problem are not solve.

    Dear Sir, I'm facing problem with my Yamaha RAYZR 1 month lekin iske liye mai bahut baar showroom service centre gaya maine unko problem unhone kaha thik kar denge per aisa nhi hua uske baad mai bahut baar gaya to vo koi na koi bahana kar dete ki aaj staff nhi hai ya fir gaadiya bahut hai service ke liye.     I am Rahul Bisht and I have purchased a Yamaha FZS Bike from PACEE AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD., Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi branch on 2nd December 2022 and i want some clarity on my billing (Logistics part) as i haven't received any prior information on the logistics part from the showroom members or the account team there and they have charged me INR 2400/- and i have not received any bill of this particular, they have given me the Cashback of INR 3000/- but also they didn't provide me any voucher for that too. I received my Bike from the showroom only on the same day on 2nd December 2022 after paying the Booking amount of INR 55200/-.

    They have provided me the bill first in which it's mentioned that i am getting INR 5000/- Cashback, but later on they said that they will change the bill and the bill which i got afterwards its mentioned on the changed bill that i will be getting INR 3000/- cashback and i received the bill on 20th December 2022 by PACEE AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD. I will be attaching the same below.

    After trying numerous times with the customer care of your demean I am not able to contact them as the number is not reachable,below i am giving you the information about the Costing, kindly check.

    Total Amount for the Bike i was charged was:INR 144,000/-
    Showroom Price which i was charged was: INR 121,400/-
    Booking which i have paid on 2nd of December 2022 was: INR 55,200/-
    I have split the rest amount in an EMI which is last for 9 Months and for each month the EMI is: INR 10,894/-
    RTO amount which i have paid is: INR 10,242/-
    Insurance which i have paid is: INR 6,507/-
    Number Plate charge is: INR 500/-
    HP amount charged is: INR500/-
    Logistics(doubtable part need clarity on this) charged is: INR 2400/-
