Hi Yamaha,
Myself Bhushan Natarajan.
I feel worried and dissatisfied about your bike service and quality.
I did the second service before a month. From that I am hearing some noise from the back disk of my bike. And it is continously raising day by day.
And suddenly today I noticed that a lot of difference between the thickness of front and back disk plate. When comparing these two disk plate, the back disk plate looks thin and also disk pad is completely bad.. hope this makes the continues noise in my bike. And wheel rotation is looks too tight and bad.
Actually i am working in coperate company and they providing me a cab facility.. So I will use the bike rarely in weekdays and weekends...
My bike invoice date is on 21.6.2018 from that the total kilometers ran is only for 3000 kms approximately.
So don't why the back side disk plate and pad depreciated soon. This make me dissatisfaction about your product and its quality.
So can someone please take a look on my complaint and take a serious action. And I want to do the need full to get my bike in good condition.
Also I have tried more time to contact you by toll free number but not able to reach you.
Till the issue get resolved, i will not able to drive my bike as am afraid it may lead to some other problem in disk and break.

sir, I have purchased a yamaha two wheeler at your agency kavin auto agency,oshuginasery,Nagercoilvide bill no.1402065/2000001 dated 14-11-2018 in kanyakumari diswtrict (Z ray) on 14-11-2018 and availed two free service . un fortunately my service mannueal lost. when contracted your agency on 08-07-2019 about the procedure for getting duplicate mannuel for free service. they have told me that to pay the cost of service manueal I given my consent and requested them to carryout the service and I agreed pay the cost of service charge and requested them to refund the charges on receipt of duplicate copy. they informed to me that no refund will be given,hence I request that arrangements may please be made to ask them to refund the money. I request your early compliance.

मैंने अर्पित मोटर्स शुजालपुर से फेजर 150 बाइक 20 मार्च 2019 को खरीदी आज दिनांक तक मुझे रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड ना तो पोस्ट ऑफिस से प्राप्त हुआ और ना ही शोरूम द्वारा उपलब्ध करवाया गया मैंने कई बार बोला फिर भी ना तो मुझे आरटीओ और टी आर की रसीद भी उपलब्ध नहीं करवाई।
