    Dear sir

    It is mentally difficult to send this message. Last day I went to the shinrai service centre @maradu branch to second service (Yamaha ray ZR KL 39 M 8726:). The following problems are noticed.
    1. The approach to the customer by the service executive is quite dissatisfied. During distribution after service they does not given any service explanation.

    2. Washing is thoroughly improper. It's clear from its first sight itself.
    If the external things are in this way then you can not guess the service inside (like oil change).so please be ensure the minimum quality of service as per the payment. (overall service quality is very bad)

    3. It difficult start the vehicle using kicker on this morning onwards, Even its only two months after the vehicle has been purchased.

    4. Also feel much shivering during it's idling condition.

    Hi,

    I am purchased yamaha soluto bike in jan 2018, vehicle no DL13SV3007 , we are facing pickup problem from day one , regarding this informed to yamaha service center which i purchased from patpargang new industrial area delhi ( himgiri show room).

    But they said after first service given pickup but did not done after first service.

    Same again informed to srevice center also yamaha showroom.

    Now 3 rd servicwe done dated on 9th sep 2018 but still same pickup problem facing .

    Now again told him service manager, he ask to engginer why pickup not given bike after 3 rd service done, he said carborater kharab h.

    I said to manager pls replace that part , he asking part not have in stock, he had taken one week time from me.

    We have called after week, he said give me more time but still not resolve my bike carborater issue.

    Dear Yamaha Team,

    I, Suresh Babu (Registered Mob-9388699900), Omkar,74-A,Elamakkara,Ernakulam,Kerala. I am a Yamaha Ray ZR Dark night owner from last 4 months, & I have purchased this vehicle from above mention your dealer last 4 months back. Now I am noticing you that I have faced / facing issues from above dealer in last months tenure. Requesting you to read the same and do the needful for solution as soon as possible.

    I am escalating the issue from start visit the show-room itself in each points.

    1. Delay on Vehicle Delivery. On 8th June I visit NSN motors and select vehicle, but after 9 days on 16th June only I have received vehicle.

    2. Fooling me on Vehicle Delivery time . After keep on follow-ups on 14th June above mention dealer called me and told will deliver vehicle tomorrow without fail i.e on 15th June (actually it was a holiday on 15th , I asked the same, they said if it is a holiday we will open our sho-room and will deliver the vehicle on-time) and I accepted. Actually I was already planned to visit my parents on the same day @ Changanachery (100 Km from Ernakulam) with my Family. As per dealer words I cancel the trip and wait for vehicle purchase.

    3. Cheated with My family also on Vehicle Delivery time . Continuation on above point number 2 on 15th June till 5pm I didn’t received any call from the dealer so I call back them. In that time they told me today we can’t deliver the vehicle will do tomorrow. That particular day of this case above dealer to cheated me and family put together. Me and family wasted full day for the same as per the words from the dealer. If somebody call me and told today we can’t deliver vehicle, atleast I will visit my parents. Evening When I call them only I knew the non-delivery status. This was completely cheating with me and family.

    4. Vehicle Delivered without Invoice . On June 16th I have receive vehicle, it was only vehicle with out Vehicle Invoice , with out User Manual, with out Service Book, with out First-Aid Kit, with out Insurance.

    5. First-Aid Kit . After two-three days continuously follow-ups I got Invoice copy, User Manual & Service book, but till now I am sending this mail there is no first aid kit in my vehicle.

    6. 45 Minutes Standing in Show-room for Insurance Copy . They confirmed to provide Insurance copy on 18th June but it was not happened. After no response from the dealer on 19th evening I visit the show-room. They told me to wait there will provide as soon as possible, our printer showing some problem. In that time was heavy rain and I stand in front of the dealer showroom almost 45 minutes. After 45 minunts Mr.Nishad (Manager) come and told me will provide next day (20th) without fail and I return back to home.

    7. Fooling me on 19th with stands 45 Minutes for Insurance Copy . On 20th June they given Photostat copy of Insurance certificate, but the insurance date was on 20th. Actually the dealer team was fooling me on 19th with 45 minutes standing in front of their show room on heavy rain time.

    8. Wrong Address in Insurance Copy. On 20th June received insurance copy mentioned address was also wrong. It was not as per my address proof, so I have not received they posted the original copy of the insurance certificate due to address mis-match.

    9. Delay in Insurance. After above issues I have received actual Insurance after 15 Days on delivery. Between these time if something happen my vehicle who will be responsible??

    10. Delay in Registration. They told me to wait next 30 days for registration as per norm. After arguing only they done the registration of my vehicle.

    11. Cheating on Additional Fittings. Additional fittings I paid Rs.2800 for steal guard for my vehicle, but now only after 3 months period over the same got rusted. Presently my vehicle looking dirty with rusted of iron screws.

    12. Owner Ship Change . On purchase time I exchanged my old vehicle (Splendor) but the dealer given me lower price only Rs.5000/- i.e was I agreed the price. My issue is after 4 months I have received 3 times renewed Sale Letter (30 days Validity) from the dealer office. And latest letter expiry date was on 12th Sept’18, Today Sept 16th still I have not received new letter or owner ship change. On purchase time they told me difficulty in exchange facility, definitely I will visit some other dealer or do some other way.

    13. 3000 Km Second Service . Yesterday I visit the dealer for second service as per my service book reach 3000 Km, in that time they told me “Booking” required for vehicle service. After 25 Km I travel there in between my busy office hours. If I received any service call / sms from them definitely I can do as per their service time changes.

    14. Pump / Flush water = Second Service . Above day the dealer ask me “ instead of service we can flush / pump some water to your vehicle body and return back to you ? is it Ok ? “ This type of relations I am getting from the above dealer from last 4 months.

    15. 40 Times visit Dealer Show-room After purchase my vehicle approx minimum 40 times I visit the same show-room for above each cases in last 4 months. I spend lot of liter petrol and waste my valuable time also.

    Request you to do the needful Yamaha Team authorities to me about above mention points. No : 5 , 11 , 12 , 13 . Expecting reply and solution from your end as soon as possible.

    My new bike r15 v3 always has a problem very bad service I want to replace my bike by Sagar Chopra:

    There are many problems coming in my new bike R15 which I had parsed 1 month ago, as the engine repeatedly shows the engine of its symbol Because of that, I have gone to the service center four times and every time I change the battery and say that this problem will not come forward. I have repeatedly come across my problem every week so now I want my bike to be Either recycle or replace it,I will buy this bike on 30th August and since then I have a permanent problem.     I bought Yamaha Ray z from choolai aarthi motor.while I delivered bike I have hand bear problem left side up and Right side down .I felt vary.so I contacted showroom.they said give they rectify .I gave my bike they not rectified .my left hand got pain over.2nd time also gave but not rectify.i said want replace they gave commitment this time surely rectify otherwise change or replace process start.compulsory change your bike so please contact them to want exchange my bike.im not satisfy .felt seconds bike better than new

    Hello sir, i bought a new bike one year back from a fellowed yamaha show room(platinum motors)in our city(vizianagaram). I had sent my bike for 4th time free service for better condition. They took more time to do the service i.e.,more than 2 days.and do you know what they did? They neglected in engine refitting. The engine bolts are fitted loosely . We didnt know that thing when they delivered. One day after the delivery the engine oil from the engine splashed out and the bike was stopped. It didnt moved because there is no engine oil . We took it to the near mechanic shop where the incident had happened and refuled the engine oil and tighten the bolts of engine .tge fellow mechanic said it was the fault of the service in yamaha service. after completion of the repair the engine sound has changed . We recognized the problem and phoned the yamaha service center. They said "we are in bit busy in our sale so we cant do it in urgent". We wanted a fast service because we need tge bike. But they failed.a week later we went to the showroom and submitted the bike . We submitted on 25th October and they didnt touched the bike to repair. They are trying to switch the fault on us to bear the charges and neglecting it.every time i call they are saying that "we will do it in 2 days"and its been a week they are saying like that but there is no better response in it. Better you should take respone on the service center.

    Dear sir/ mem
    I'm papu moni borah, on dated 14-11-18 at 7pm my sister nabanita bora medhi bought a yamaha ray z , ch.no- ME1SED178J0043944, of bhaskar automobile, dist- nagaon, assam. The next day dated 15-11-18 on the sunlight i found a damaged front mudguard in this scotty. Than i call the dealer and im going to the dealer and tool him to change the mudguard. But dealer is neglected my word/complain and tool me to insurance clam.
    So i can inform you that the matter will be resolved in as soon as possible, either we will take the action with consumer's court on bhaskar automobiles.
