    Hello sir, i bought a new bike one year back from a fellowed yamaha show room(platinum motors)in our city(vizianagaram). I had sent my bike for 4th time free service for better condition. They took more time to do the service i.e.,more than 2 days.and do you know what they did? They neglected in engine refitting. The engine bolts are fitted loosely . We didnt know that thing when they delivered. One day after the delivery the engine oil from the engine splashed out and the bike was stopped. It didnt moved because there is no engine oil . We took it to the near mechanic shop where the incident had happened and refuled the engine oil and tighten the bolts of engine .tge fellow mechanic said it was the fault of the service in yamaha service. after completion of the repair the engine sound has changed . We recognized the problem and phoned the yamaha service center. They said "we are in bit busy in our sale so we cant do it in urgent". We wanted a fast service because we need tge bike. But they failed.a week later we went to the showroom and submitted the bike . We submitted on 25th October and they didnt touched the bike to repair. They are trying to switch the fault on us to bear the charges and neglecting it.every time i call they are saying that "we will do it in 2 days"and its been a week they are saying like that but there is no better response in it. Better you should take respone on the service center.
