    Bike no-TN 66 U4716.Showroom- The Coimbatore Motors, Coimbatore.

    I left my bike(R15s) for second service, there is noise problem in my bike engine, so they told there is issue in engine valve, without changing the valve its they delivered the bike. They told that they will claim warranty and give. Its been more than 10 days from the Service date (24/6/2017).
    But still the issue is not cleared and the bike still in service center only, i was travelling to my office by bus due to this issue. I was very disappointed and not satisfied with yamaha brand as i bought this just before 3 months ago. I feel very worst regarding service and vehicle. I think they sold me an old bike.

    This is Kolkata based complaint. I visited the Topsia Authorised Service centre for Yamah Bikes on 09/09/17 for servicing. It was assessed that a few parts are required which was not readily available in their stock. Hence they will place order and i will be informed after a week to go again when parts will arrive for repairing of my bike. I waited more than a week but there was no news from their end. I then rang them up yesterday on 25/09/17 to know that they have no such record and my parts are not ordered. Luckily i had taken a photo of the details prepared by the service engineer who inspected my bike. After i showed them the photo their tone changed and then as usual we will try to get this fast etc. IS THIS THE SERVICE. MY BIKE MOBILE IS LEAKING AND I AM FORCES TO DRIVE IN THIS CONDITION + OTHER PROBLEM??? WHAT WAS MY FAULT TO BE FAITHFUL AND BUY YAMAHA BIKE CRUX WHICH IS NO MORE BEING MANUFACTURED BY YAMAHA, SO HOW WILL I ARRANGE PARTS. WHILE PURCHASING THE BIKE WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT CRUX PRODUCTION IS STOPPED

    Respected Team,
    I am trying to contact your company heads since 5 months, but am not getting any positive response from the Yamaha showrooms or social sites and not even from the Toll free numbers.
    I had bought a Yamaha FZ motorcycle on 20th January 2016 with Insurance, I was willing to have a choice No. so I made a receipt of a choice no. and from the showroom I was told that the registration process will be completed within couple of days, after 25 days I went back to the showroom to get the documents the told that the documents are not yet received but we got your passing serial no. ( MH 14 FR ) and they told me that you can put on the serial No. Plate with as per your choice no.
    I thought that the registration has been completed but then long back in the month of June 17 I met with an accident and I came to know that the registration process has not been completed and I am illegally using the purchased motorcycle.
    Whenever I try to contact the Sub Dealer- Raghunandan Associates and Dealer- Kings Motors, Pune they are not giving any type of positive support instead they were arguing with me and were threatening that they can do anything and can raise a stealing case against me.
    This is totally unacceptable and ridicules way to misbehave with the customer even when its completely the company’s fault. Now with this frustration am writing this mail as a warning that something has to be done with this case or else I have to file a legal case in the court against fooling the customer and not giving legal documents of my Motorcycle.

    The scooter purchased from m/s cheerans agencies palakkad kerala.It was delivered on 7/2/18.so far done 110 km.right from day one it started showing stsrting trouble.cool engine is not self starting even when choke is on .the battery is not working.being women friendly,your ads says,i opted for it.but i could not take out for fear of getting it started.the agency was contacted and they are fooling me telling technical issues like petrol rich carburatter,choke on etc.
    I want the defective scooter replaced immediately or i will be constrained to move a court of law for damages.

    This is Jaydeep v Jardosh. I have Yamaha Gladiator (GJ 05 FD 8680). I had some problem with it so I gave my bike for servicing and problem solving purpose in Yamaha authorised service dealer. All problems written in job card (R 008043)but not found any work done related that. Pls find my job Card point as below.

    1. Bike stop in running condition
    2. Kick jammed
    3. Wiring short
    4. New Meter cable provided.
    5. General service.
    6. Water check in fuel tank.

    When I received bike I found bike running but full of jerk. Every speed if you hold accelerator for few second it will take jerk. Means its feeling like I ride any horse cart or bullock cart. After taking with supervisor he will accuse that your bike not started I try my best to start it. (when I gave bike for servicing bike only stop in running condition not taking jerk). Supervisor said that Air filter is dirty due to this jerk is coming. (when I gave bike for servicing bike running smooth). It means filter think now I am in service station so I be myself dirty.

    I already told to check the wiring. Because my old battery was damaged due to wire short. Supervisor said wiring done. But when I installed new battery found battery wire heated. And my new battery gone down. How careless they people.

    As per telephonic talk with supervisor he advice to change choke wire. My choke wire is ok because I use it when I start first time in day. But he is better knowing person so tell him you can change it. But when I received my bike there was no choke cable. After asking he tell me old one cut down and new one is not available with us. I don’t know what type of person hire by Yamaha.

    New meter cable is also not available and kick is also jammed.

    I have no another bike for my daily routing work. So pls my humble request to look in this matter. And solved my problems I already pay the service amount pls find the attachment for the same.

    Service provider not given response so I give you this mail. Pls do the needful.

    I bought a FASCINO scooty in July'17. Engine no : E3Y4E0059391 ;

    From the begining it is giving problem in "Self starting" . Baattery is new but running after 2-3 months self starting function is not working. There must be some defect in SELF or Battery charging device. I am fully dissatisfied with the performance of this scooty. YAHAMA brand name is not justified to me.
    Please look in to this and solve my problem immediately. Why it is happening for abrand new vehicle , purchased from YAHAMA ??
