    Dear sir

    It is mentally difficult to send this message. Last day I went to the shinrai service centre @maradu branch to second service (Yamaha ray ZR KL 39 M 8726:). The following problems are noticed.
    1. The approach to the customer by the service executive is quite dissatisfied. During distribution after service they does not given any service explanation.

    2. Washing is thoroughly improper. It's clear from its first sight itself.
    If the external things are in this way then you can not guess the service inside (like oil change).so please be ensure the minimum quality of service as per the payment. (overall service quality is very bad)

    3. It difficult start the vehicle using kicker on this morning onwards, Even its only two months after the vehicle has been purchased.

    4. Also feel much shivering during it's idling condition.
