    I am writing to you to file a complaint about the service that I was treated in your service centre on last October 10 2020
    I bought a R15 about a year and a two month ago. the problem my bike have is that the paint from the alloy wheel and shock absorber peels off. when I noticed this problem I visited nearby service centre so called supreme Yamaha at vadakara. When I express my complaint to them they didn't even mind to hear nor attend to solve the issue in my bike. the bike is in the warranty period so that the service centre should paint it or resolve the problem but they told me to pay the price for painting in the peeled off area.
    I bought this bike due to the good reputation in Yamaha.now I feel very bad and thinking to sell the bike. This same type of complaint can be seen in every one of my friend and others. Due to poor, very poor and unsatisfied customer service at Vadakara.
    I made a good effort for buying this bike and now this problem exist.
    My humble request is that please improve the customer service and their responsibility towards the customer and teach them a lesson otherwise I wouldn't recommend this brand to any one of my friend or relative.
