    I am Rahul Bisht and I have purchased a Yamaha FZS Bike from PACEE AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD., Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi branch on 2nd December 2022 and i want some clarity on my billing (Logistics part) as i haven't received any prior information on the logistics part from the showroom members or the account team there and they have charged me INR 2400/- and i have not received any bill of this particular, they have given me the Cashback of INR 3000/- but also they didn't provide me any voucher for that too. I received my Bike from the showroom only on the same day on 2nd December 2022 after paying the Booking amount of INR 55200/-.

    They have provided me the bill first in which it's mentioned that i am getting INR 5000/- Cashback, but later on they said that they will change the bill and the bill which i got afterwards its mentioned on the changed bill that i will be getting INR 3000/- cashback and i received the bill on 20th December 2022 by PACEE AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD. I will be attaching the same below.

    After trying numerous times with the customer care of your demean I am not able to contact them as the number is not reachable,below i am giving you the information about the Costing, kindly check.

    Total Amount for the Bike i was charged was:INR 144,000/-
    Showroom Price which i was charged was: INR 121,400/-
    Booking which i have paid on 2nd of December 2022 was: INR 55,200/-
    I have split the rest amount in an EMI which is last for 9 Months and for each month the EMI is: INR 10,894/-
    RTO amount which i have paid is: INR 10,242/-
    Insurance which i have paid is: INR 6,507/-
    Number Plate charge is: INR 500/-
    HP amount charged is: INR500/-
    Logistics(doubtable part need clarity on this) charged is: INR 2400/-
