Good day
Myself sahil Balhara from Rohtak, Haryana. Owner of Apache rtr180 year bought is 2018.
This is inform you that my bike engine needed some work about 3 months ago from today which was done by the service engineer. My engine work has been rectified 3 times. Why this happened 3 times back to back engine repair.why should i bare all the loss and cost of engine repair all the 3 times . And upon that still faults in the gear liver got stucked in 3rd gear unable to shifts gear. and battery is not charging. I have to use kick start.before the battery was ok. But now when i have collected the bike. Battery was not charged. After that MHR/ BILLING STAFF is so ridiculous i have been awaiting for abt 30 to 40 minutes .they were unable to process my bill.
I am very disappointed by the service from tvs. Staff. After all the service and repair i have been doing from the authorised service centre. Still facing such problems.i already bared so many loses previously.

मेरी समस्या क्या है मैं गाड़ी ली थी किस्तों पर जिसकी किस्त समय से जा रही थी अब आगे दिक्कत यह है अभी तक एक किस हमारी 3 तारीख को कटनी थी मैंने पैसे 3 तारीख को ही डाला था तब भी वह लो पैसे स्ट्रा अबे पैसे स्ट्रका लिया हमारी कस्टमर से यह कंपनी वालों से या यूं रोड टीवीएस वाले करा करते हैं इनसे बात करनी है हमारा गाड़ी का लोन टीवीएस वाले ने किया था हमसे बात करनी बात नहीं हो पा रही हर बार मेरी किस्त ₹ 3500 की किस्त होती है वह लोग 4000 पकड़ते हैं मेरा नंबर है 700 716 74 34 मेरा व्हाट्सएप नंबर भी यही है सर मेरे समस्या को सुनिए समझिए कहीं से जवाब नहीं मिल रहा

Hi,
I am Amit Kumar Ram your exting tvs customer located at ranaghat.
I am writing this to let you know my horrible experience with Perfect TVS bike service center held at Ranaghat Nadia.I have got my xl 100 which needs to be serviced and fixed a noise whuch was coming after the ignition is on.
Here is my feedback listed down about the service center and enlightened towards a specific service person named Mr Manoj.
Exactly a week earlier I visited your service center and according to the service personal suggestion the xl 100 had a battery issue and needed to be recharged from your service center itself so I did that.
The Real Nightmare starts now,
Everything seemed good for one week after recharge the battery. Today from the dawn again I am suffering from an another issue that is a noise came out after the ignition is on unevenly.Engine went off during the ride.
So I took my bike(xl 100) again at your service center.I reached at 11 am then I meet Mr Manoj and express my problem and he raised a job card where he fixed min 2.30hrs to get ready my bike and resolve my issues. since my nature of business is travelling so I requested him to do little bit earlier than the fixed span of time he had given.I was waiting and observing that in the queue of washing the bikes when 2 bikes got entered unevenly before my bike.I requested him again to help me and do little bit earlier.
He refused saying no technician is available. I understood, agreed, requested to get it checked before 2.30 hrs. Suddenly he started debating that it will take time and no bike have been entered unevenily.Then I refused to get the service from your end as I getting late.And the person(Mr Manoj) suddenly started typically misbehaving by shouting I don't like this type of customer and why I made him to create the job card and bla bla things.
* I AM SHOCKED BEING YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMER I LIKE TO RAISE A VOICE THAT THIS TYPE OF PERSON SHOLULD NOT REMAIN WITH THE TVS BRAND.AS THIS IS NOT A LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE.
PLEASE RECTIFY THE PERSON WITH PROPER MANNER AS TVS PROVIDED ME THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION EARLIER. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE WITH YOUR KIND CO-OPEARTION.
I am an exting customer of Tvs for last 4 years. Please look into this matter as early as possible.

I am taking rigorous following up & visited service centre atleast 20 times since I had purchased "TVS Jupiter" & except verbally assurance nothing is happening.
I had purchased TVS JUPITER 2X on Dated 06-Mar-2021 & since that day just after running 5 KM my vehicle is automatically stopped.
