I have TVS pep+ I purchased scooty in August 2021 my scooty number is DL9SCC2249, I have gave scooty for service after service there is one new problem created when scooty speed below 30 my scooty is off ,then we went service center and I told everything then they say leave scooty because we will update then it will not created this problem again I said ok then I left my scooty after 3 days they will release my scooty.next day I was going office suddenly this problem started.so I went I told that problem is create my scooty then they told leave scooty for somedays I told ok sir but please solve this problem they told leave this scooty for 10 days I left my scooty for 10 days yesterday I took my scooty but Today same problem sir I they are not solve my problem so I request please do something for it and dabri mor service center is not good because they not doing work so pls do something we went 4 times for same problem but yet not resolve this problem

my name is Shivam bansal
am from dholpur rajasthan my car is jupter zx b6 model and vehicle number is RJ11SQ6940 which i bought from vivek motors showroom on 31 september 2021 after a few months of runing it started having problem starting when I took him to TVs company your Engineer told about the cost of r3000 in that the fuel pump
and sensor that is bad that money se rectified and they invoiced me and after that a few days later the problem
fuel pump me problem come again it not start again and I have gone to her many times with the same problem again and again i am not happy with your service please solve my problem

Hello tvs,
I am very disappointed and so at the end writting this mail to you.I am one of your consumer having scooty zest 110cc.
Currently I am in Pune City using my bike or I'll say your bike.
So currently I was facing problem with the starting the bike using button(i.e. scooty zest) and I also noticed while I try to start the bike the kick is jammed and when the bike start to pickup, the petrol is licking, and also when the speed is very low the bike stoped and needs to be restarted.
So the day I noticed it the next Saturday(18.06.2022) I visited tvs servicing center Akurdi and told this problem to the person who takes all the details for servicing he didn't even created a job card just adjusted the speed nut and told the issue is resolved,it must not occur if it occurs come back we will check again.But the problem occurred the very next day means on Monday morning when I was unable to revisit as it is working day of mine.
On this Monday my friend took my bike thier as I couldn't make it on weekends also, she took the bike to tvs (27.06.2022) as I have to travel daily from talegaon dabhade to hinjawdi which I also told them.
In the morning dropping me to my workplace she noticed the oil is also liking so she rushed to tvs servicing center Akurdi may be around 10 or 10.30 and told them all the problem and waited their
They asked several part to replace she agreed with all and they handover the bike around 2.30 in afternoon she took test drive noticed it is not working fine then she asked them why it is happening they said try it,it will work if won't work we will change the plug next time and they again did something after thats all she left the service centre and had breakfast and then started the bike initially bike was not starting then it started and then on signal she tried to off the bike when she removed keys then also bike didn't get off, so she again rushed to the service centre and told them that problem then they were like 'ab nhi hoga madam, gadi jao chodke' it was already 4-4.30 she told them to fix it she will wait then after alot of argument they agreed to do it and then again they did something and given that bike and their attitude was alot bad their was also a boy named 'Akshay' who was giving her weird answers apart from doing his job.
After paying for this worst service and all this struggle if the bike works then also I won't have dropped this mail, but sir still the problem is not solved yet the problem with the bike starting is still their in addition to it new problems occured
1. Before- breaks were working fine
Now - left break is not working and right break too much tight if I press it a little the tier skits
2. Before - No problem regarding horn
Now- horn is also not working fine, it is delayed or when pressed multiple times then blows.
3.when starting the bike their is sharp smell of petrol,having load on the bike.
Now I don't know what to do, is that a mistake to buy tvs bikes because I can't get its servicing done properly the people their can't even find the problem and they are just doing trial and error
Means what should I do go to work or go to tvs service centre every day ya it is working it is not working
The people thier are not at all professionals not in service and not in working. Please let me know what should I do to solve this problem because I can't risk my life as the internal things going on with the bike I can't understand but how risky they can be you better know that me.
So basically I paid for
1.Petrol lick problem
2.start point
3.oil lick
4.oil change
And they are still there with them in addition to Break setting changed which was fine earlier and also horn problem started after the repair.
I have attached today's photo of my bike also have attached the job card . I hope at least you will find a solution for me.
Note: I have Saturday Sunday off and because of the bike situation & oil lick problem will have to go by public transport tomorrow so please take early action and take the bike and solve all the problems and
'Please give the bike to a experienced person who can understand the actual problem and solve it'.
Hope you will get back to me ASAP with solution.

After 10 month experience i give tvs and also raider bike 0 a big 0.
After 10 month side leg stand broke with the frame body. Nothing happens not a single accident or fall cases. But the stand in broken.
Now other big problem comes . Battery charger dropped during riding.
