    This is not just a complaint. It's an issue that needs attention of TVS management and business development manager. I was trying to buy a tvs two wheeler from a dealer named 'Bubai Auto Center', Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal. My body weight is over 100 kgs and the owner mocked me saying that tvs never produce bikes for people like me.

    I simply want to ask. Is this the way to deal with a customer. Does tvs support this kind of policy ??

    I have always been riding tvs bikes since my childhood. This incident has completely changed my mind and I am beginning to think about other available options.

    However I just wanted to let you know that this dealer named Bubai Auto Center will ruin your reputation if not taken care of immediately.

    Iam using your company bike TVS Apache 160 4v from July 2020 and purchased from your dealer DOON MOTORS TVS, BALLUPUR DEHRADUN. and recently my bike wires damage due to short-circuit and my bike not responding properly and i can't start my bike and your nearest dealer Priyanshu auto center Tvs showroom Uttarkashi refused to solve my problem, my bike is only 6 months old and in warranty and my all services is on time and recorded in service book.
    Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i will take legal action TVS Motors.

    Sir,

    I have purchased one Tvs Apache 160 bike last two month ago in Soni agency chandi Nalanda bihar sub delar of Bharti tvs Biharsharif nalanda bihar and 2nd servicing completed.
    Before servicing no any issue in bike but after servicing issue generated in back dic break .when servicing time seen this issue and this issue related talk about this tecnician but not give any proper answer.after service this issu is regularly and again visit delar but issue not resolved.
    So i request you solve my issue and this type servicing i am not satisfied and not good service provide of customers.

    My byke is not getting started with self and kick after a short ride.
    I never faced cold start issue in my byke, even if I kept my byke without use for one week it gets started in one single self push.

    But if I ride the byke for some km and then , when I off my engine and again tried restarting-it requires 4-5 time self push/kick
    My byke is 2 year old and regularly used to service from authorised service centre. But this issue even the authorised servcie shop is unable to identify.
