    Dear Sir / Ma'am,

    I purchased TVS Apache 180CC on cash (no finance at all) from Kiran Automobiles (TVS Showroom), NH-58, Near Shahid Petrol Pump, Rohta Road, Meerut - 250502. I made a complaint on 9th October 2020 and the complaint number is TVS_GR_32340420.

    Kindly read the following points to understand my grievance:
    - It's now more than 3 months and I still have no papers (RC, Insurance, Pollution, etc). All I have is a hand made bill.
    - More than 17 calls and reminders given to the dealer for the documents, but the result is zero.
    - 27 calls made to TVS Customer Care, but result is zero.
    - 5 emails sent to TVS Customer Care, but result is zero.
    - Spent more than 30,000 Rs., but still the result is zero.
    - I am a reputed citizen and always follow rules, but still faced traffic policemen thrice and actually got scolded by him. And obviously paid some amount as well.
    - Who will be responsible if any accident would happen? No insurance.
    - The most interesting thing, the dealer is really good at convincing people. If you guys will report any problem related to your bike, then he would say that you don't know how to ride a bike. After riding a bike for 24 years, I got the same comment. Isn't it interesting??
    - There are still more things to tell but I can't post here. (Still trying to maintain the dealer's dignity as well mine)
    - I was really happy with the services of Honda (by previous bike). But TVS is not at all good.

    I purchased a bike from this dealer because it was nearby, that was my biggest mistake. Whatever positive comments you'll see is their own comments and feedback.

    I have purchased apache 160 4v in February 2019 and almost 1/2years happens exactly and my exchaust sound is to noise and I have suggested nearby mechanic shop and they said the exchaust wire as went it is not my fault it happens inside the exchaust and I have done all free service and paid service at outside.I have contacted to showroom and they didn't response already from purchased date to 6month my battery is lost the power and I have insured the battery and again this exchaust problem I don't know I have purchased forlakhs not for thousands and how many problems and TVS company will not good grade from customer while doing like this.If this too not consider my bike will return to showroom and I will respond them to I no need this bike and I will I have lot of problems in this bike from when I purchased.Customer care should contact me via this message and I need to change exchaust without money because exchaust warrenty till 5 years and my bike till runs 20000 km that's it unitilthat my exhaust went what you guys done I dont no and you gut should take action on SRI SPS TVS SHOOROM, METTUPALAYAM TALUK.METTUPALAYAM.

    Sir meri ntorq scooty jo 1 saal bhi niii huo hai uski battery kharab ho gayi hai. Aur usme Tata ki battery dali hui hai. Use mene change karvai.
    Jo dubara kharab ho gayi hai. Ab apke deler ke pass battery niii hai. Jis karan muje bus me dhake khane pad rehe hai please battery ki problem ko solve kare thank you.

    I have buyed a apache rtr 180 bs6 from vijay tvs on (11/11/2020). within a period of 1 month ( 300 kms ) I have faced the problem in gear. gear gets stucked while operating. And the timing chain noise is high. i have tell this complaints to the vijay tvs service center annamali nagar. they have check the bike and registered the problem but they did not solve the problem . they also creates a new problem, i.e., neutral indication light does not works while trying to repair the gear setup and the bike has also a starting trouble now. they have taken my bike for repairing from ( 11/12/2020) to ( 16/12/ 2020). but they did not know how to repair the bike. No skilled mechanic and service engineer are present in vijay tvs annamalai nagar. I reported to the owner of vijay TVS on (12/12/2020) he is also not responding properly. he was saying that we cant do anything thats your problem . we sell the bike and we got the money . Here after whatever the problem you facing is yours. We cant do anymore. If i ask to solve the problem again, they are raising the voice and order us to get out of the place.

    I have spent 1.33 lakhs for this bike and did not get any solution for my bike from them, even the bike has 5 years warranty . 1 st month itself they are not solving the issue
