    Hi,
    I am Amit Kumar Ram your exting tvs customer located at ranaghat.
    I am writing this to let you know my horrible experience with Perfect TVS bike service center held at Ranaghat Nadia.I have got my xl 100 which needs to be serviced and fixed a noise whuch was coming after the ignition is on.

    Here is my feedback listed down about the service center and enlightened towards a specific service person named Mr Manoj.

     Exactly a week earlier I visited your service center and according to the service personal suggestion the xl 100 had a battery issue and needed to be recharged from your service center itself so I did that.

    The Real Nightmare starts now,

     Everything seemed good for one week after recharge the battery. Today from the dawn again I am suffering from an another issue that is a noise came out after the ignition is on unevenly.Engine went off during the ride.

     So I took my bike(xl 100) again at your service center.I reached at 11 am then I meet Mr Manoj and express my problem and he raised a job card where he fixed min 2.30hrs to get ready my bike and resolve my issues. since my nature of business is travelling so I requested him to do little bit earlier than the fixed span of time he had given.I was waiting and observing that in the queue of washing the bikes when 2 bikes got entered unevenly before my bike.I requested him again to help me and do little bit earlier.

    He refused saying no technician is available. I understood, agreed, requested to get it checked before 2.30 hrs. Suddenly he started debating that it will take time and no bike have been entered unevenily.Then I refused to get the service from your end as I getting late.And the person(Mr Manoj) suddenly started typically misbehaving by shouting I don't like this type of customer and why I made him to create the job card and bla bla things.

    * I AM SHOCKED BEING YOUR EXISTING CUSTOMER I LIKE TO RAISE A VOICE THAT THIS TYPE OF PERSON SHOLULD NOT REMAIN WITH THE TVS BRAND.AS THIS IS NOT A LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE.
    PLEASE RECTIFY THE PERSON WITH PROPER MANNER AS TVS PROVIDED ME THE LEVEL OF SATISFACTION EARLIER. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE WITH YOUR KIND CO-OPEARTION.


    I am an exting customer of Tvs for last 4 years. Please look into this matter as early as possible.
