For further help pls contact our toll free no 18002097979.जो पहले शिकायत की थी उसकी ये मैसेज है। जिस पर अभी तक कोई करवाई अभी तक नही दिखती । पहले ही बार बहुत् ही बुरा अनुभव टाटा मोटर्स से जुड़ने पर मिला शायद ये मेरे परिवार में पहला और आखिरी होगा । गिन्नी मोटर्स पर शिकायत का कोई असर नही दिखता। 48 दिन हो गए गाड़ी ख़रीदे हुए, अभी तक गाड़ी का नंबर ना तो टेम्पररी और न ही परमानेंट नंबर मिला।

    Sir/Madam,

    This office has received car ZEST XT on dtd 28.07.2018 delivered by M/s Kamal & Company, Jaipur on DG S & D Rate Contract. One of tyre creating trouble due to frequent puncture of tube (copy of bill attached). While carefully examining the tyre it is found multiple cracks on the inner layer causing frequent puncture of tube. However, on external surface of tyre no cut bulge etc is seen therefore clearly indicating manufacturing defect of tyre either due to hard rubber or oldness of rubber. Accordingly, office contacted M/s Kamal & Company, Jaipur for replacement of defected tyre & they send to M/s Bridgestone tyre, Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur along with letter (copy enclosed). Unfortunately, the concerned authority of BRIDGESTONE, Mr. Mayank Kulshrestha (Mobile No. 9375344404) refused to accept its manufacturing defect (copy enclosed). After that this office again try to contact M/s Kamal & Company, Jaipur (9214307080) but no positive response received by this office. This way of handling the matter clearly indicates the disinclination of your firm towards Government Supplies.

    This vehicle is used by the Additional Director General & HOD, Western Region, Jaipur & all the serving is done by yours authorize dealer in Jaipur. Since this vehicle is only 14 month old & covered only 16582 km therefore replacement of tyre is urgently needed.

    The higher authorities of GSI have taken a serious note of these events. Therefore, you are hereby requested to replace the tyre referred to the appropriate authorities for initiating suitable action.

    It has been nearly 15 days i had purchased tata nexon from your delhi showroom, the car is performing well no doubt, but we have seen some moisture in the headlights of our car on the same day after reaching home. Next day we complaint them about this, they had taken 45 min to resolve this problem and after that they said it will not be happening again. But on the next day there was again moisture in the headlights. Then again we had complaint the same thing and then they had replaced our headlights with a new one and again we our facing the same problem. So, what am i supposed to do now? I think tata has been doing good in the market but what i have to do now? Please see to it otherwise i can also take some actions.

    Hi Team ,

    I had purchased Tata Tiago on Sep 1st 2018 from Aly Tata,Palakkad Initialy when i was traveling from Palakkad to calicut suddenly my car's power got reduced and was struck in between my journey. How ever i managed to reach Perinthalmanna Aly Tata service centre. And the service team confirmed that the issue was due to air duct was filled with dust. But not sure how it happen as we were just finished 1500 aprox KM only and it was within one month as well. They had cleaned the duct and the issue was solved temporarily .
    And at the time of my first service i told this issue and they told it is solved and won't face such issues again.
    But unfortunately today i was travelling from Palakkad to Ernakulam i faced issue with my Air cooler where suddenly the cooler was not working. And went to Hyson Motors,Chalakudy and they checked and found that the air filter was covered with dust and due to that reason AC was not working. As in the last 4 months i hardly ran 3000 KM and facing issues. So i lost the belief in Tata Tiago where i can taken for a long drive or not.
    Still iam wondering how dust is getting filled for a new car as this may be common issue for an older one.

    So as this is the 2nd time iam facing issue due to Air dust under 3000km. So requesting your team to look in to this issue immedietly.
