मेरे पास टाटा अल्ट्राज़ कार है उसका अभि एक्सीडेंट हो गया था मैंने टाटा के टोल फ्री number पे कॉल की जहाँ से कार ली वहां भी कॉल की पर कहीं से भी कोई सहायता नहीं मिली जब तक कार नहीं ली थी to कॉल पर कॉल कर रहे थे पर लेने के बाद to मुझे भूल ही गए इससे पहले मेरे पास मारुती की कार थी पर वो हर वक़्त सहायता के लिए तैयार रहते थे गलती हो गए जो टाटा पे भरोषा किया पर कोई भी आज के बाद पूछेगा to टाटा के साथ जाने की सलाह कभी नहीं दूंगा

Mahadev Tata Motors Bhiwani is completely staff bekar, neither they have the skills to speak, nor are they welcome, except for a few salesman, there is a relationship between a group and passing wrong comments, And there met one in the showroom who was talking to me loudly, who told his name Manoj (very bad manner) After that we had to take another car, for that we thought it right to go to Rohtak and Hisar.
I request everyone who wants to take a Tata car, do not take it from here.

I had paid for purchase of TATA ALTROZ from SAB MOTORS -Mohan Estate New Delhi. Still date neither I got the delivery but got a word that we have generated bill at date of your disbursement of loan amount. Now at time of delivery of vehicle they are coming with a new issue and pressuring me that there is a penalty of RS 50000 plus from RTO Delhi. When no bill dispatched to me either by mail, whatsup or post then who will trust you. It shows in your name they are doing wrong commitment and practice to full customer only and this is a serious deviation of customer respect. If this type of mentle pressure builds up by your support dealers then I think some day your reputation makes worst soon. I am really ill hearted by your dealer even they not delivered the vehicle and generate bill two months back. If they generate bill have they sent by mail or post. At time of delivery if they black mail anybody with silly talks then it matters for all. Hope to resolve the issue immediately which is serious deviation against customer policy. Take inquiry and action and let me know.

I work in irrigation Mechanical engineer department and we have tata pickup yoddha which is owned by govt and it had fuel supply or sensor problem so i had gone ambika tata service center at rajpipla which is in gujarat. As per our govt rules, first quotation comes out and then it has to be repaired.. so your tata dealer is refusing to give me quotation please give me some solution for this.
