    I have purchased tata safari storme vx in february 2019 in gwalior(M.P) car number MP07CG0070.As from the date of purchase i an getting problem in its tyre pressure as it goes low in 10-15 days now its going low in 2days.i have told tata motors of gwalior about the query but they have not resolved it till now its been 4months and i am carrying a pressure pump regularly with my car as it can get puncture any time.
    Other problem is on 10th august co driver side rear gate is not opening as well as power window is not working then i visited to the service station but there behaviour is bery disappointing as they have open the whole gate took out the motor ,tried to repair it,tried to fix another motor of old safari , then they said they dont have this model power window motor with them.As they have done all possible thing to my car as it is 4months old and cost me 18 lalh aprox,how are they dealing with it. Finally they said that they have ordered new motor for it but till dat i havent got any call and if i have called then they are unabke to give me satisfactory reply. Even the gate is not opening i cant help it.
    I am carrying the pressure pump with me , if anyone is sitting on the back then i have to tell them to sit on the other side a s the gate and window is not working in my new car.i an hepless .please help me out.

Cilencer manufacturing fault tha.mujhe bola ki after 10 days k baad aapki hexa ka part ajeyega.but aaj 10/9/19 ho gayi. Meri problem solve nahi ki. 10/9/19 1 baje call kar bola gadi le aaye.itni bad service hai ki part aaya nahi phir call karke bhula liya. Plse some action this veer motor showroom.     This is to inform you that I am totally surprised by lukewarm response of a service enquiry raised to your Kolkata TATA Motors team. I have sent SMS, WhatsApp messages as well as spoken to TATA motors authorized dealer and also service incharge. But the response is extremely pathetic. If requested I can forward the SMS as well as WhatsApp screen shots. It is quite surprising and I am also astonished that Auto industry is reeling under slow down and accordingly would have expected prompt response for opportunity for business.But it is extremely shocking the response I have received from TATA team. Looking forward for hearing from your side.

    I had purchased Tata Tiago in December 2018, I'm using this car from the last 9 month and during this I'm facing problems like low average getting 12 and 14 average. Engine performance and Headlight performance and Moisture.
    I already escalate to the concerned service center and workshop but they all are there to spoiled Tata motors reputation and Brand image.
    My nearest and dearest suggest me don't go with Tata but due to the brand name and our country's entrepreneur Ratan Tata due to this I buy Tata Tiago but today I feel like I had taken worst decision to buy this car.
    Tata had done the come back in car market by introducing this model but after sales services is also a important part for any industry.
    Please take corrective action don't spoil Brand image and reputation of company.
    Please do the needful.

    I m having Tata Altroz,(XT) which I purchased on 21st Feb 2020.Problem has been started of getting steering tight all of sudden while driving. This has been happening two time . I have discussed this problem with showroom and they rectified but again this problem occurred. One more thing after getting steering tight I am unable to switch off the car it took 1 hr at least to close the engine.

    I have been fed up of this problem I want replacement of this car. This is very severe problem as if u r on a good speed and suddenly ur steering gets stuck then it may lead to an accident.

    Please look into this major problem.

    I have purchased Tiago from High tech Satluj Motors Bashing Kullu Himachal. 3rd free servicing was due as per tata motors. Yesterday I visited above agency and they refused to give me free 3rd servicing. I got late due to closure of Rohtang pass and road was closed for vehicular traffic for 6 months as Rohtang pass was covered with 10-15 feet snow. So kindly resolve the issue and ask Satluj motors Kullu to give me free 3rd servicing.
