The AC blower speed is to much and its very noisy at the lowest speed. We have complained from the purchased of the vehicle. Also most of the AC vent slider buttons are come out. The service center person are telling to change whole assembly. Firstly this is the first time in our any of our vechile this has happen. We have used vehicle of tata like indica, manza, tiago and other vehicle xylo, figo, baleno, brezza but this has not happen. We have booked harrier and we are a tata loving customer

We purchased tata nexon xm petrol in the month of July 2018 from hartron gurgaon. it's front window mirror are making noise whenever we play music or drive with open window mean you can't drive with open Windows
At the time of first service I asked to service centre staff instead of rectify it they replied do not drive with open window.
We were really surprised with the answer.
Really tata launched good model but service and customer complaint satisfaction are still panic.

श्रीमान निवेदन पूर्वक कहना है कि मैं जुगेश महतो पिता मैदान लाल महतो आनंदी, ओरमांझी, रांची के रहनेवाले हूँ। मैं अपने नाम से एक बस आपकी कंपनी का ऑर्डर 28 मार्च 2019 को बुधिया ऐजेंसी बुटी, राँची में किया था जो कि मुझको गलत गाड़ी दिखा कर डिलीवरी के समय दुसरी गाड़ी दिया जा रहा है जो कि मैं नहीं लेना चाह रहा हूँ क्योंकि उस गाड़ी से मुझे सोंचा हुआ कार्य पूर्ण नहीं होगा । मैं 31 सीटर बस 2 x 2 में लेना चाहता था जो कि शायद आपकी कंपनी नही बनाती है मुझे धोखा में रख कर सारी प्रक्रिया पुरी होने के बाद मुझे 3x2 सिटर गाड़ी ख़रीदने पर विवश किया जा रहा है जो कि मैं नही चाहता हूं।या तो मुझे 2x2 में 31 सिटर गाड़ी चाहिए या फिर 709 में 36 / 40 सीटर गाड़ी चाहिये। इसके लिए जो भी extra पेमेंट करना पड़ेगा मैं तैयार हूं।

Hi, I booked a Tata nexon xm 1.5 on 30/03/2019 in KLN motors, ekkattuthangal,Guindy, Chennai. They committed to deliver the vehicle on 10 April 2019. I paid down payment and as well as loan amount already. I called them many times but they are always saying the vehicle is in transit. I really disappointed and frustrated with KLN motors. I am planning to file a case against KLN motors as they are cheating the customers by giving false statements to the customers. Hope you understand my issue and try deliver my vehicle asap.

With deep regret, I really fed up with Tata Concorde motors, nettoor. The executive had promised me that the tata tiago will deliver maximum in 20 days, based on this, I booked on 12/3/2019 expecting the delivery before 1/4/2019.
Till this date I haven’t received the vehicle also I have no idea when the vehicle will receive.
Already loan Emi started & exchange car taken more than 2 weeks. At present I am struggling hard for transportation & irritated due to below reasons.
• Keep on giving false commitment.
• Response & feedback before & after booking is totally different.
• No clear communication / updating the status of vehicle delivery.
• Compelled to change the vehicle color even after 2 weeks from booked date.
