    Dear sir,

    Regarding Bhokar Depo Dist Nanded,There is no time value to staff & management, Buses are not departure on time hence passenger are suffered from them,there is lak of monitoring issue as well as seems partiality within staff from superior.

    Today no any bus departure from 5.30am 6.45am...

    In this situation how will increase revenue of MSRTC....??

    Please check and resolve the issue.

    Dear sir,

    regarding ramtek bus depo dist nagpur there is no time value to management and passenger time buses.buses are not departure on time, hence passenger are suffered from them.

    there is a daily problem of buses from saoner to ramtek and viseversa.therefore lot of time to be waste.the time scheduled declared by msrtc is 20 to 30 min. but there is a 1 to1.30 hour gap.

    please check and solve the issue

    Sub : This is regarding the Shivshahi bus reservation.

    Reservation : From Sinnar to Ghatkopar.
    Date : 29.04.2019.
    Bus Type. : Shivshahi
    Boarding time: 8.30 am at Sinnar.
    Total Person. : 2
    Seat No. : 25 & 26.

    Conductor No. : 71921

    We have reached at Sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am, but above time dated bus was already reach Sinnar bus stand at morning 8.00 am and then after 5 min bus move from them, bus conductor calling to me on 8.03 am,due to that time I am traveling to bus stand and our cell phone on a bag ,hence I am unable to pick the call. When I reached at Sinnar bus stand morning 8.08 am and waiting for the bus ,but when the more time passed out then at 8.22 I enquired at bus stand office. That time they informed to me wait it will came at around 8.30. After 8.47am I again going to bus stand office and talk about bus not came, he informed to me wait it will be came shortly. after 9.00am I again going to bus stand enquiry office and and asked about bus that time the controller informed to me bus is already passing out at 8.00 am.
    I asked to him How it possible, if the bus boarding time at Sinnar is 8.30 and bus passing out at 8.00 am already. This is cheating with customer . I request to you kindly logg the my complaint against the bus operators, depo person, and bus conductor how they can move the bus from Sinnar stand without taking the reservation passanger.after that I call to bus conductor and asking for the same issue he told me that our bus time at Sinnar is 8.00am. I requested him and asked, then why in reserveation sheet time mentioned as 8.30. He unable to answer my question, I asked them where is the bus now, he told me, pass mahamarg bus stand. Pls also note that Mahamarg time is also 9.30 am and bus reach at 9.00am at mahamarg.
    It is completely seem that the MSRTC is doing the cheating with customer. I request to you plz refund my paid amount with intrest otherwise I will move to consumers court for further line of action of any, it is cleary cheat with customer.

    MSRTC employer are anadi they are not deserving as they are not trained properly..they do not have knowledge about bus,bus reservation seat numbers.
    gavthi people..please take a strict action..i book seat no 39 nalasopara to alibag on 30th august behind the driver but they change the bus and my seat goes last one...ok first time but same thing happen with me on 9th september 2019 as i book seat no 39 from alibag to nalasopara and seat goes to last one...seat reserved by msrtc person reservation counter but they are not having any knowledge. from alibag they told me you should complaint in nalasopara..

    I call Mumbai Central office explaining everything they told me you can show aadhar card and travel
    Again today morning at kurla nehru nagar st stand i explain everything to controller they check aadhar card and pan card and said ok you can travel
    Lastly at Panvel st stand - controller asking hard copy of ticket other wise we can't travel
    He said do not show any document, he harassment to my father to take new ticket
    This is very bad thing happened today morning
    I will take new ticket for my emergency

    I want to refund my amount which deducted for online ticket booking

    Very bad services of Msrtc ( Kalyan & Bhiwandi) depo buses not stop in Bhiwandi
    bypass. All buses have empty & most passengers standing at that place. But both depo (local) not stop. What's a reason? It's a very bad services. Pls visit that place & check & clear the issue.

    I was booked my ticket for 10/09/2022.Parel - Kharsundi via dahivadi for kurla nehru nagar to dahivadi. It was sleeper seating bus, but today I check that bus ,didn't seen bus that route. So what I do .
