have bought an item on shoppers stop web portal on 1 Sep 2018. The product that I received was damaged so I returned the product but for returning the product I have to call several times to the customer care for generating the return request.
The item pick up was arranged from the company on 10 Sep 2018. They told me that refund will be given in 7 to 15 days maximum.I got sms that "we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account" on 18 SEP 2018.
After not receiving the refund I called customer care several time and they always tell me that they are sorry about the delay and it will be refunded in next 24 to 48 hours.
Today is 7 Oct 2018 and I have not received the refund.It has been over a month and still there is no sign of refund.
I have called shopper stop customer care literally for everything firstly for not delivering on time then after receiving the damage product for return and after that for refund.
I am so exhausted from calling after every 3 to 4 days to check why they have not refunded the amount.

It is corona period atleast shoppersstop shoud be active properly online. Its application is not working properly.. showing server is down. And this issiue is happening since 2 weeks. Atleast higher developes so that the can solve the problem. worst app I ever seen.

I am writing to you as I am tired of calling up Shopper's stop customer service multiple times.I have sent many emails and I even tried to chat with the customer service raps but no one knows what they are doing and what they are replying.this is the case id CAS-4812671-K9Z7W0 CRM:06580051
It has been exactly 4 months now since I placed the order no 237514303 and since then I am just calling up everytime to raise complaints that are not yet resolved by Shoppers stop.I had placed a exchange request for PEPE
Printed Cotton Slim Fit Mens T-Shirt and the original ordered t-shirt was picked up however I never received the exchanged product nor did I receive any refund for the same.Your website says that the exchange was processed but I don't know why it was never delivered.
I have not received the refund for my complaint regarding order #237514303 in my wallet or my bank account.
It is just wasting my time since the last 4 months everytime I call up and they give the same answer.They keep on giving me the same CMS number CMS2091424137 and ask me to contact the bank however my bank does not have any details about any credits.
Nobody is there to take the responsibility of this and issue a refund.
I request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and issue a refund in my wallet or send the exchanged product ASAP.
