Complaint Regarding refund

    have bought an item on shoppers stop web portal on 1 Sep 2018. The product that I received was damaged so I returned the product but for returning the product I have to call several times to the customer care for generating the return request.
    The item pick up was arranged from the company on 10 Sep 2018. They told me that refund will be given in 7 to 15 days maximum.I got sms that "we have received the item in our warehouse and after post quality checks, refund will be initiated initiated and will reflect in 2-3 days into your bank account" on 18 SEP 2018.
    After not receiving the refund I called customer care several time and they always tell me that they are sorry about the delay and it will be refunded in next 24 to 48 hours.
    Today is 7 Oct 2018 and I have not received the refund.It has been over a month and still there is no sign of refund.
    I have called shopper stop customer care literally for everything firstly for not delivering on time then after receiving the damage product for return and after that for refund.
    I am so exhausted from calling after every 3 to 4 days to check why they have not refunded the amount.
