Dear sir,
Electricity supply of my home vides consumer no DPD00677 by name of Ritesh Kr Srivastva, DIGWADIH Divn, Dhanbad, Jharkhand has been interrupted since long time.
I have faded up with your service. I have contacted SDO, DIGWADIH over his mobile no 9431135832 but after taking my one call, he is still not responding.
I have been facing this issues twice to thrice time in a month. your local technician didn't come at my home after so many calls made to them.
Poor service by electricity department.

1. I submitted an application number jc-803993w/vl/end dated 23 November 2017 for repair/replacement of meter at asha Devi, village kochatoli, namkum Ranchi -10.
2. Consumer number RP4193. Despite writing emails and talking on phone, jseb office Tatisilwai is not taking any interest to repair /replace the meter.
3. Request instruct the concerned officials to repair/replace the meter at the earliest.

Sir, today (17/12/2017) from around 10:30 or may be earlier than that the power has been cut and since then I tried the customer care number multiple time and each time I get response that the number is currently busy.
I am from sector 3.
There are few more numbers regarding complaints but all of them are not available.
Sir, this is not the quality of service we expect from you. Kindly take serious action towards this problem.

महाशय,
हमने आपके चांडिल कार्यालय में सहरबेड़ा में 5के०वी० का नया कनेक्शन हेतु दिनांक 13-12-17 को अप्लीकेशन फॉर्म जमा किया, लेकिन उस दिन ना ही अप्लीकेशन फिश लिया गया और ना ही अप्लीकेशन जमा करने का रिशिविंग ही दिया गया! दिनांक 19-12-17 को अप्लीकेशन फिश लिया गया! आज मीटर तथा अन्य राशी रुपया 11698 लिया गया जबकि रशीद रु०11175+रु०307+रु०200=रु०11682 का था! जे०ई० श्री संजयजी ने हमसे पैसे की माँग की उसने कहा की मीटर चाईबासा भेजने तथा वहाँ पैसा देना होता है जो आपको अलग से देना होगा, हमने पूछा किसको देना होगा और कितना देना होगा तब संजयजी जे०ई० साहब बोले समझ बुझकर दे दीजिए! हमने पैसा देने से इंकार कर दिया, तब उनका रवैया परेशान करने जैसा हो गया! कब तक कनेक्शन हो जाएगा पूछने पर टाल मटोल कर दिए! श्री संजय जे०ई० द्वारा फ़ोन पर हमे कनेक्शन फीश के अलावा पूजा पाठ हेतु भी पैसे की माँग की गई थी!
अत; श्रीमान से आग्रह है कि जे०ई० के कार्य कि जाँच की जाय तथा हमारा कनेक्शन कब तक होगा बताया जाय! जे०ई० द्वारा अपने पद का ग़लत इस्त्माल अपने लाभ हेतु किया जा रहा है, इसपर रोक लगाई जाय तथा इन्हे दंडित किया जाय! इसके लिए हम आपका अभारी रहेंगे!

I would like to say few lines for your kind consideratilon and favourable action please.I am serving in Indian army and posted in Nagpur maharashtra.My father near about 60 year old and trying to take new electric connection since one year but till today there is light.Transformer and electric current is avaliable near about 100mtr and there is 10 electric pole is also laying on ground but due to melafied intension never take application and nor attend my father call.
