    My own flat is located at Lalpur,Circular road,opposite to ICICI Bank.I am a retired engineer of CCLand now from last 5 years I have been staying at Bangalore with my son. My said flat at Lalpur is kept under Lock for days together.Usually I move to Ranchi 2/3 times in a year and stay there for one/two weeks.My all payments are cleared and nothing lies outstanding .On 28th Dec 17 I also paid Rs 500 online as an advance payment.
    Unfortunately, from September 17 onward I am not getting bill because the meter reader suspected the meter was not working. In December 23rd I reached to Ranchi and stayed there for one week.During this period I noted the consumption for three consecutive days and showed to then EE ,Kokar and he was convinced that meter was working.Immediately my line was activated by him through net and assured me to get bill from next month.He also told me to contact him over phone if matter was not resolved.For this reason today morning I contacted you over phone.I am sorry to inform you that meter reader came to my apartment on 23rd January but my meter was not read out.
    Latest development:- I requested your meter reader Sri Rajkishore(con no-9122317857) over phone and he moved to take the meter reading on24th Feb 2018 once again .According to him the meter is yet to be activated in the system and for that reason noting reading was not possible.
    Sir,I shall request you to help me in this connection as I am a old man( 70 ) and it becomes a big job for me to me to move here and there to solve the problem having no fault from my end.
