Our Area Dbc Light Connection is not working from yesterday 5:30 evening still we had facing problem,no one had receiving my call from yesterday 9:30 night,each & every time our area light connection problem is big issue, regularly our area connection is diconnected due to low voltage & sometimes when thundering here connection is 200% off & one thing when it was thundering than connection will came it is not sure.
Please try to solve this problem.

I Pawan Kumar, resident of purvi friends colony road no 8, pandra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. My complain regarding wrong connection between two poles near my home. Because of it the wires has touched the pullers of my home, which seems very dangerous for us as well as children. I talked many times to electricity concerned through telephonically, but they are not showing little interest. I have submitted document with filled form to change name from my mother to myself as my mother expired long back.
Concern officer checked all document and found ok. Our land is not registered. Now officer says name transfer can not be done as land is not registered. Please let me know if any notification is issued on this regard.

Hi i have been trying to pay the bill online since 17/05/2018 but seems like your payment gateway is down due to which i am not able to pay the bill. I called customer care on 18/05/18/2018 spoken to adviser he said that it will be fixed in 2 hrs but it has been 6 days the problem is not fixed. I don't think that it should take so much time to fix one simple problem. This problem can be fixed in 1 hrs or less than that pur in your best software engineer to fix it.
