Dear sir,
I have deposited Rs.3859 on 12/04/17, receipt no. XIP/HZB/008-17662,and Rs.946 on 24/05/17 ,receipt no.XIP/HZB/008-19814 .
But , this payment is not shown and all the upcoming bills are coming with no reduction of this money.
For this, I had made online complains in ranchi consumer care service ,in Hazaribag ,several requests in Hazaribag electricity office , submitted various applications to SDO of Electricity Board 4 to 5 times but there is no reply.
The upcoming bills are coming including interest and fine on thatdues money.
Whenever there is fault in electricity through the pole of my shop , the electricians o electricity office demands Rs.500-1000 for repairing this.

Hi Sir,
This is regarding house no 942 kamre ratu ranchi, where we have one high voltage wire crossing through our house. We have submitted requests to remove the wire as it is illegal to have such wire crossing. As the setup was old we managed somehow but we have faced 2-3 incidents when the wire broken,fell and our lives were at risk. The current status is wire has again fallen and no one has any objections on removing it. Please take proper action and let me know if anything can be done from my side. Looking for a fast and positive response.

Hi,
I have received the confirmation mail for my complaint and want some authority official to confirm that we can go ahead and remove that life threatening wire. My consumer no. Is PM 581,kamre Ashram road,Ratu Ranchi 835222. My family is in real dangerous situation if the wire is again tied.
Please look into this matter and send me with some confirmation email.
