    Worst Service for my Washing machine & Fraud Commitments by Mr. Vijay (Ratlam) by Vishal Nandurdikar:

    My Ticket No is: 1000141256 and my complaint was for Washing machine repair. I had complained to IFB Toll free number and surprire to know that they never share email id of Higher management for complaining.

    My Ifb washing machine was working in a fine condition and so it required some minor repairing. So IFB customer care had forwarded my request to one of city to Ratlam (M.P). Mr. Vijay so called the technician had forwarded my complaint to other sub city to Alirajpur (MP) and the service technician was some private, attended my com;plaint which had not resolved but charged me Rs. 1800/- for minor repair which was not even accepted. Exactly after 10 days i have raised another complaint that the machine stopped working completely. The Machine vibrated and made loud sound and stopped completely. The same Person Mr. Vijay from Ratlam visited my Place done some repairing like fixing of new wiring, and drum balancing by which he charged me Rs. 3000/- and unnecessarily he sold his worst product of IFb some Liquid by which without asking me or without my approval he opened up that bottle and charged me which is again not accepted. This person knows how to make fool to customers and they are too good in this service. I would say that Mr. Vijay from Ratlam is good in fooling the guest instead of Improving his technical knowledge. Now again not even a month, my machine had the same sound, vibrated and completely in dead condition. Charging Rs. 1800 + 3000 = 4800/- was this services given worth to the clients or IFB India is just making the fool to clients and charging Customers and pay the team's salaries? Its a worst ever electronic company i found is not at all successful in India at least. Krishnapal Singh so called as Head most of MP is even not bothered to reply back to client after complaining. Worst thing i have seen that he asked Mr. Vijay again very politely to give me the service and now Mr. Vijay is saying that i need to Pay more Rs. 4000 for changing Drum. Is he fool or IFB is making a fun of Clients. Ridiculous company with Ridiculous Staff and technicians.

    We have purchased an 1.5 T Air Conditioner which was not cooling properly or I must say that it’s like a cooler,
    So I have placed a complaint to customer care with the Complaint No: 1000258093 Dt: 21/07/2017 and in response till yesterday noon “24/07/2017” I have not received any communication from IFB services.
    And from 22/07/2017 I am calling twice a day for the same issue and requesting for and update for my complaint and in response I always hear sir your complaint will be resolved today itself,
    The on 24/07/2017 evening I have received a call from the mobile no : 07210880006 asking for my location I explained and said at the time I am out of site and requested him to visit today 25/07/2017 so he said ok sir
    We will come around 10:30- 11:00 AM, I reached on site @ 10:00 AM and was waiting for the person to arrive, but when there no person cam till 11:30 AM I called on the same number and asked him to update me the visiting time he simply said
    Sir we can come today, and will come tomorrow, today its not possible for us to come, then also I said kindly confirm us and call me back, he never called back instead when after 1 hr I called hime he is not picking up the phone,
    I repeated the same process twice and returned back.

    I strongly need to say “I THINK I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE TO BUY IFB PRODUCT” and recommendations is always Negative as at the time of sales great presentations but after sales services are really POOR.

    Bought 3 IFB AC's this season. Its not even 3 months and 1 of the AC has started throwing out water. It sprinkles water to an extent that I wake up from my sleep as the bed is right next to the indoor unit. Called IFB. They sent someone who checked the AC, cleaned the evaporator and said he will send someone else the next day. The AC is now throwing even more water. IFB AC is nothing but a piece of shit.Can anyone suggest how I can replace this unit?

    The lock of my IFB WASHING MACHINE was not working so I made a repair request(ticket no. 1000381700) on 31st August , next day engineer came and after checking the machine told me that lock and panel was faulty and will be replaced next day.
    He did not come thereafter, neither I got any call.
    After calling IFB customer care I was given the no. of Mr. Vikram (Area Service Incharge) , I called him atleast 4 times and every time either his phone was busy or he did not bother to pick the phone.
    Again today (6th September) on calling I am suggested to wait for some more time but no certain date or time given to resolve my problem.
    This is not the first time earlier also on breakdown of machine its not repaired before 4-5 days

    1.I have purchased IFB split AC 1.5T, model no. IACS18AK2TC, invoice no. Ritz-15-15/0069 dated 12.04.2015 from Raipur C.G.
    2.By complaint no.18451515 dtd.22.09.16 Blower motor was changed by invoice no. 74 dated 29.09.16 by Capital Refrigeration Raipur.
    3.Again problem is coming in blower and E-6 error display on screen. complaint no.1000436109 dtd.15.09.17. Till now no call is coming regarding service.

    I have 4 ifb washing machine and they all 4 stop working and start giving error in just one month.after calling them on there toll free customer care nub so many time they kept me on hold for good 40 minutes and after that they told me that there executive will call me back and give me my complaint nub because that time there server is not working.but i didn't receive any call or msg so i called them again and that time i got to knw that there was no complaint registere and there executive made me fool.finally after calling them so many time they registered complain but no technician came for 10 days.after so much of harrassment i ask them to forward my complain to there senior executive so that they resolve my problem but that was the worst thing that IFB did to there Custome.there senior executive have no sense of talking to a lady,floor incharge including there calling executive employees are dumb,arrogant, untrained and mannerless.I must say that IFB is a worst company with poor service.i had i terrible experience.and finally i m going to take legal action on IFb as thats the only way left.
