    My Ticket No is: 1000141256 and my complaint was for Washing machine repair. I had complained to IFB Toll free number and surprire to know that they never share email id of Higher management for complaining.

    My Ifb washing machine was working in a fine condition and so it required some minor repairing. So IFB customer care had forwarded my request to one of city to Ratlam (M.P). Mr. Vijay so called the technician had forwarded my complaint to other sub city to Alirajpur (MP) and the service technician was some private, attended my com;plaint which had not resolved but charged me Rs. 1800/- for minor repair which was not even accepted. Exactly after 10 days i have raised another complaint that the machine stopped working completely. The Machine vibrated and made loud sound and stopped completely. The same Person Mr. Vijay from Ratlam visited my Place done some repairing like fixing of new wiring, and drum balancing by which he charged me Rs. 3000/- and unnecessarily he sold his worst product of IFb some Liquid by which without asking me or without my approval he opened up that bottle and charged me which is again not accepted. This person knows how to make fool to customers and they are too good in this service. I would say that Mr. Vijay from Ratlam is good in fooling the guest instead of Improving his technical knowledge. Now again not even a month, my machine had the same sound, vibrated and completely in dead condition. Charging Rs. 1800 + 3000 = 4800/- was this services given worth to the clients or IFB India is just making the fool to clients and charging Customers and pay the team's salaries? Its a worst ever electronic company i found is not at all successful in India at least. Krishnapal Singh so called as Head most of MP is even not bothered to reply back to client after complaining. Worst thing i have seen that he asked Mr. Vijay again very politely to give me the service and now Mr. Vijay is saying that i need to Pay more Rs. 4000 for changing Drum. Is he fool or IFB is making a fun of Clients. Ridiculous company with Ridiculous Staff and technicians.
