We had booked a deep cleaning service with Hi care for 17th April at 9:45. Which was confirmed from Hicare team over email also received a call from Mr. Yogesh-7045599785, hi care person on 16th April evening and we confirmed for the service. I have written an eamil to hicaresales@hicare.in regarding the same and in the trail email in which they confirmed the service. But no reply since morning we have called up customer care four times- no result.
I expect this complain get registered and action will be taken.

Deep home cleaning by Kavita Jain:

I booked the deep home cleaning for the first time but really disappointed.
The staff is untrained, no time management, very slow and do not carry the full stuff required for cleaning.
They came very late I and my husband was fully working with them but the work was not completed in one day.
Next day, 2 people were sent with half instructions ... they again came late with half stuff and were not able to finish the work.
Honestly, No quality in cleaning.
My Husband and I had to take 2 days off from office, had to waste time and energy... not worth paying so much money.
Customer care assured that we would be getting call before 6 pm today.. it's 8 pm and no call received.
I wanted to book pest control but looking at poor services at every level, looking for another agency.
Just one suggestion, pls do not do the promises which you don't fullfill. We rely on you and feel pain later.

We had done badbugs service from hicare on 23may...but after 3days we saw again badbugs nd now day by day the quantity of badbugs is increasing.ur people only uses water not gel...I m very disappointed with hicare .the service is very bad as it is not effective.only charges r high

We have AMC for cockrotch treatment in our office at Kalbadevi, Mumbai - 400 002 and recd service call from your Tardeo, Mumbai office yesterday and time for service was fixed at 3 pm today i.e. 21/07/2017. We have just now received call from your office from one Miss Sheetal and technician asking for our office address. We are very much surprised that your office does not have our address in their record in spite of having AMC with your company. Requested to look into the matter on urgent basis.

I had booked for above treatment for Sunday 14.04.19 between 3 to 5 pm under our usual contract ref.M-9323657384 but no one came nor any phone called. We waited in house expecting your men to come but in vain. I wish to love lodge strong complaint and wish to know why no one came? Kindly reply and take action on your service men who was responsible to visit but did not turn up nor contacted. If I do not receive response to this then I will take action against your firm which is not fulfilling service commitments.
Await quick response in this matter and when your men will come for termite treatment?

i am not satisfy with your service and behavior of the staff,
i had taken the bedbug and cockroaches service on 28/05/2020,
till then only service had done which was also not satisfactory, which i had informed to ur office, as per the promise , u had have to repeat the service with in 15 days, till date ur office are giving false information and promises that customer is not want service / site not available.
please look into the matter and resolve this if possible,
this is harassment for me,
i learnt the lesson from u, i will repeat this mistake in future , i will not avail any service of ur company and will recommend ur company to any one.

I had got the pest control done for cockroach es 3 times in less.than 2 months but it's not at all effective, cockroaches are increasing day by day. Your pest control is not at all effective, please refund 6000 rs.
