Hello I m Mr Gupta speaking from actually I m purchasing one juicer mixer glinder of maharaja white line around 2 months ago but now a yet it's not working well and all the parts of mixer glinder getting louse .When i purchase it , this product was defective there is two crack on its body but one of your mechanic will repair it but he can't fit it in a nice way that's why this type of things happen now and due to this I m facing so many problems if u are do something for this plzz do soon .......

I purchased a maharaja white line Mixcer juicer grinder from citizen trading company nai sarak Kanpur on 11.5.2017 the mixer bears serial no (mmwjx1011605017503).it's not working properly the motor is not moving. There seems some deffect in it.your railbazar kanpur representative refuse to entertain the complaint.plz send your engineer as early as possible.

Sir,we bought the above said mixer on 12th november 2016. From the day one we are facing lot of problems to use it. On starting,sparks came. we complained,they changed a new motor. Then only medium size jar worked. Again,we complained they fixed and it worked only once.the problem is the mixer is running but it is not grinding. we have complained several times and the problem persists.Please kindly rectify it or otherwise take the machine it is of no use to us.

The jar is not fix properly sometime it will get jam and bottem plastic of a jar melt and get jam with mixer &we can't remove it it may be problematic inside please take action fast
