Complaint Deep home cleaning

    I booked the deep home cleaning for the first time but really disappointed.

    The staff is untrained, no time management, very slow and do not carry the full stuff required for cleaning.

    They came very late I and my husband was fully working with them but the work was not completed in one day.
    Next day, 2 people were sent with half instructions ... they again came late with half stuff and were not able to finish the work.

    Honestly, No quality in cleaning.

    My Husband and I had to take 2 days off from office, had to waste time and energy... not worth paying so much money.

    Customer care assured that we would be getting call before 6 pm today.. it's 8 pm and no call received.

    I wanted to book pest control but looking at poor services at every level, looking for another agency.

    Just one suggestion, pls do not do the promises which you don't fullfill. We rely on you and feel pain later.
