    I purchased iPhone 6s on 4march with offer 7k cash back within 90days, but I haven't got cash back money till now.

    Compliant about sanjeev mahajan working in iworld at PAVILION Mall ludhiana.Today i visit ur store to look iwatch. First of all ur representative Sanjeev show me some warches. And i asked him to show low price watch, then he offered us to buy a second hand watch from his freind.
    And he offers me his freinds no. After that i start looking another watch dispalyed on ur display counter and he reacted in extremely rough way and said us to put it down. And said it is my personal property and asked us not to touch it. And also said this iworld is my personal property u cant touch my personal accessorize.
    This is not a 4k watch. It is worth of 40k priced. And we expecting a excellent customer services. But experience is not worthy...
    If u r treating customer in this way than store will not grows in future..

    Hi iworld,
    I had given a phone for repair at your shop in Gachibowli on 19th Aug 2018.
    The job sheet no is 179. I was told by the person that he will get it checked & let me know in 2-3 days. He told me it will get it fixed in 3-4 days & it will cost around 2500 which I was fine at that time. After a week or so he called me & said that the phone cant be rapaired & suggested to take it back by giving 200 Rs that was for service charge. The person also told that he is not available for a week & suggested to take it after 8-10 days to which I agreed. As the agreement was that I have to pick up the phone & it cannot be repared, I immediately bought a new phone.
    Next week I was out of town for 2 weeks, & hence I enquired about the phone today i.e. 2nd Oct 2018. To my surprise the guy told me that the phone is repaired now & now it will charge around 3000 to take it back. The phone cost itself is not 3000.
    Why was I not told before getting the phone fixed, I could have told then & there that it is not needed to fix.
    The guy is now telling me that the invoice says that we are not liable to give you back the phone after 30 days. This is cheating. You guys are cheaters & robbers. Shame on you.

    I am going to put up a complaint on consumer forum

    Bad Experienec with purchase of iPAD Pro 11 inches at logix by kunwar ji gupta:

    Dear iWorld,

    Buying apple product is all about experience of not only product itself but also about overall experience.

    I had bought iPAD Pro and pencil 2 days back. I was offered 4% discount by another store in same Logix mall, but I preferred to buy it from premium seller iworld! for better experience.

    I was offered a free bag of ACME MADE, San francisco by the store guys, Thanks for that.

    But I have in my life never seen such a poor Quality bag.

    Its shiny top layer is pealing by even my finger if I just rub it. i have shared photo of it with store as well, but i believe it requires more than that hence formally complaining to you.

    I hope you will do something about it....
