HOW TO CHECK AIRTEL 4G LTE DATA USAGE AND BALANCE ONLINE ?


1. Call 4G helpline no. 18001030405 and ask them for usage and remaining data balance.


2. Login to airtel website using data card number using (OTP) and then see the consumption. login to My Airtel.


3. If you have Airtel dialer app installed on your PC then use it to get your consumption details. you can install My Airtel application here.


4. If Airtel dialer doesn’t work on your PC such as those on Mac El Capitan and using OEM dialer such as from Huawei then – No fuss out there. Send the SMS text “HELP” (without quotation marks) to 121 using the dialer to get any type of details. Specifically for the consumption send “DATA USE” to 121


5. You can check the 4G data balance by dialing #121*2#.

    i was in 99 plan for govt employee, i have requested for change of plan to 399 at airtel gallery shivaji park on 17.02.2018 at noon, i have been assured that my new plan will be activate upto 7.00 pm on same day. But till date my data plan is not working i have visited several times but of no use. On enquiry on 24.02.2018 i came to know that my plan had been changed to 399 with unlimited local and std, 100 sms,roaming incoming and out going free and 20 gb data for a month. on checking online my plan is showing 399 unlimited local and STD, out going calls will be charge on roaming. The used and balance is showing as 00.00. can iaok into this mattar or extract money for the data which is not utilised by me

    Hlw sir,
    As per my recharge plan per day I can use 1.5 GB 4data. but when I used 1gb data I am getting a SMS from your company that you had used 100 data limit for the day, hence answer why should not I use rest 0.5 GB data from my daily limit.
    I want a necessary actionon this.

    Within 10 minute my 2GB data was consumed. it’s really very strange. as discussed with customer executive your maximum speed is 30mbps but all areas not getting standard 30mbps. in our area 10mbps is the maximum limit. kindly clarify within 10 minute how we can consume 2GB data.
    As i validate there is no any auto update in my system. i have use JIO data also but it's working fine. i have facing this issue only with Airtel network. last few years I'm using this sim but last few weeks only I'm facing this issue. kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

    My data is for 1.5 gp but while reaching 1 gp I can't use the remaining 500 mb daily 500 mb is left wasted. I can't able to claim that data I can't browse in online after reaching 1000 mb and it's showing no data .. so I need that 500 mb . For 1.5 gb am recharging 265 but I can able to use only 1 gb . For 1gp y should I recharge 265 . It's waste of money rite . I want to use 1.5 gb . Wats the problem in airtel pack or else I ll change sim to any other networks .

    From last somedays after using 5 to 10 mints in FB platform my data got over. Now also I got a msg of 50% data consumption, but after that with in a minute I got another msg of 90% data consumption. I am using 2 gb per day pack. So i can't understand how within a few minutes I have use 1 gb data. Airtel just steal our data. If these think continue there will be no other options to switch to other network..
