I was supposed to get a parcel from Jaipur . Your employee at the Tohana centre called us and told to pick it from the office. We receive courier at our address from all companies like bluedart , amazon , nykaa etc but only your employees misbehave like this and say we cannot come there by bicycle. Are we supposed to arranging them autos/bikes . I had told him that my father is ill you deliver the package at home this time . It has been two days he has still not brought it home . Very shameful on their part . In case they happen to send the parcel back to jaipur , i will make sure i take this upto consumer court as im a lawyer myself .

It was couriered in 2nd march. Still not delivered. For the purpose of urgency only we couriered a documents. But still your service taken 10 days 15 days means its not a good service. there is no expected delivered date also in your track.
I dont know when you are going to be delivered.
think so you will take another 5 to 6 month experience??
Please take action. as well update your portal expected delivered date and customer complaints continuous feed back service

The parcel was sent on 12/3/2019 and reached banjara hills(DTDC office) on 14/3/19,and on 15/3/19 consignment reached begumpet but the current status says rerouting,Actual place of delivery is picket 500009 and no one attends Begumpet Hubs contact No.040-33004444.Please take action immediately and see that phone calls are answered at DTDC hubs especially Begumpet Hub.

it is almost 1 month time as i have not received my couriers dispatched form Coimbatore .
refer attached snap shot of today status till date i have not received my courier at my mentioned address. also i haven't received any call from local DTDC team also.
i have personally visited to local office but got reply that it is available with main office.
i believe the courier must be reached to destination address as per standard practice.
