Dear Team,
My name is Amit and I am working in Dubai-UAE.
First time I used DTDC services to send my important documents at my home country.
I gave my documents on 13Jan2019.
And as per your agent the Courior will deliver on 17Jan2019.
But you can see in your system still not delivered.
In system mention address not complete but I Gave my brother Indian number do you can call and get details if you find the difficulty to find out the address but no one bothers to give the call.
This kind of services I never accepted from DTCD.
I am also working with the service industry and I knew to give best services to the client how much is important.
I called yesterday Indian number no one responded I used chat option no response.
You can find out attachments for your reference.how many time I try to reach your team pathetic services I have seen in my life.
Now provide me your Ahmedabad office address my brother will go and collect it documents as your staff is busy with service to other customers.

I have done courrier to Mumbai Jogeshwari East on 24 Jan , still receiver didn't reach my courrier.. So I tracked with above mentioned Consignment number yesterday it is showing that Door has been locked, but every one is there in the house..Again I tracked in the morning it showed out for delivery in the morning but till night it didn't received it is showing Receiver is not available at the place today too even every one is there in the house. If the delivery boy couldn't find the location he might have called to the contact number which I have mentioned on the courrier.. It was an urgency I need the courrier to be delivered by tommorow at any cost.. If not please provide the details of the delivery boy we will followup with him.. Worst experience I had this time.. Please am expecting the call from the customer

I have booked a parcel of around 1 KG from Indore (MP) on 23.02.2019 vide no P 991B1507505 to Chennai.
This parcel was carrying some food items and it reached Chennai on 26th February but in a open position. The Plastic box was broken and almost 25% food item was consumed before delivery at Chennai.
I think this is not acceptable from such a professional company like yours.

would like to inform you I am sending one tube sample for testing to avontube tech Palwal Haryana from pune chinchward. and that parcel is deliverd to avon tubetech palwal but in side tube sample is missing only parcel packet is delivered after that I am complain to our pune DTDC office but still they are not taking seriously this issue and they are ignore about my complain that sample is required any how that sample is very important and we need that sample.
