Please reply to our trailing mail confirming the status of our goods. The matter has become extremely critical. How the consignment was not delivered in months’ time. Is it lost ? DTDC does not bother to reply, neither their Tracking shows any results. Is it the service level of their customer care.

I ask dtdc and told my parcel A44287751 was delivered and As per my conversation with Rgi personnel responsible for collection, the consignment was never received and returned back on same day dated 2nd Nov.
I further investigated the matter and called up the delivery boy responsible for that area. It was found that the stuff was lying with dtdc only on "NO CLAIM STATE".
What kind of investigation you people did. Investigation without looking on every aspect. I guaranteed you people didn't even checked with the delivery person.
And at the end of the day I myself have to do it as the parcel was with medicines and I needed it.

My friend was sent a urgent document parcel from Kolkata by DTDC courier on 3-12-18, till now the courier is not delivered. Consignment number is K30264808.I received a massage from DTDC on 19-12-18 at 5:22 p.m.that the parcel is delivered by DTDC,gangtok.but still now I haven't received any parcel from DTDC courier, Gangtok.

My complaint is in regards to DTDC ADIMALY, KERALA PIN:685561, My belongings was sent out to me from DTDC Adimaly to Delhi, as time barrier was there, so we asked them to deliver through air service but what happened is vice versa, not only they charged for air service, they actually sent out the package through road service. Company employees didn't mentioned any details reagarding bill invoice during the time of accepting the courier package from us, which actually mislead to believe them.
Please resolve the issue and take mandatory actions against such employees.
