Courier consignment number Z88706719 is delivered to Mumbai, which was suppose to get delivered to bengaluru. The origin was Varanasi, in spite of writing full correct address, this packet got delivered to MUMBAI, why?

We Punjab National Bank has booked a Packet for delivery to Hyderabad at your Bank Road,KOzhikode, Kerala Office on 20/06/2019 but till date the consignment was not delivered till date even after a lapse of 8 days.on tracking the packet is at chennai. I dont understand why the packet was sent to Chennai instead of hyderabad
The services is worst than the postal department.if we send the packet through Speed Post the same would have been delivered by this time.
I will lodge a case in consumer forum and claim damages for poor service if it is not delivered by tommorrow

This is Yashoda Krishna and this complaint is regarding my package of mangoes which has to delivered to me by 15-jun-2019 but not yet delivered. On 13- Jun-2019 my father (Bangari chinni krishna) visited near by DTDC branch in Bobbili to courier box of mangoes which weighs 14 Kgs costs 3000rps to Hyderabad where I am currently located. It has to be delivered to me on 15-Jun-2019 but atleast they haven't informed me whether they have received it or not. On 15-jun-2019 I went to madhapur brach DTDC to know the status of my parcel. They showed me a picture of my parcel which is in a damaged state. DTDC people doesn't informed me that box was damaged because the box was not packed by Bobbili DTDC department. Without packing my box properly they charged 560 rps from my father. Till now I haven't received my parcel. So, now I am going to raise a complaint on consumer court because of this irresponsible behavior by DTDC employees. I need compensation for the loss and I need a reply for this email too. You can find bill attached to this email. I need you to take an action and I need my compensation amount (mangoes 3000, for packing 560 rps). Today's date is 01 -jul-2019 its almost 20 days what the hell you guys doing without taking any action on these kind of irresponsible behavior of your employees. Consignment number D52054643.

2. Next, if the delivery man could not locate my place, why he did not contact me through mobile?
3. The stupid suggestions like changing my address for the future delivery of important documents are really necessary???

At DTDC Sanand Ahmedabad, Gujrat the franchisee person Bhanuprasad(7041149152) was today denied to deliver thr courier M75269971, also arguing and saying that go and do complains I will not bother and don't care.
As I had the urgency, I collect the courier, and mentioned at remark "Denied to deliver at desired address" The person name Bhanuprasad, rough the remark.
This is the worst experience, no manners how to behave with customer.
