I have booked a Praveen bus on 06/11/2017 from chennai -Vizag bus timing was 5.30 p.m. but bus got cancelled (by travels) so I have checked with customer care they said money will be refunded next day but till now I haven't got credit and they are not providing proper details .
please help me out in getting my amount of Rs.867 with penalty charges for the mental agony caused to me.

Hi Team,
I here by wanted to express my very unpleasant feeling caused by the Parveen contact person.
I planned to travel to chennai from RR Nagar(near Sattur) and booked ticket from Parveen website on May 3rd to travel on the same day. When i tried calling the number given in the SMS to board the bus, the person who answered the call demanded for 50 rs, only then he will make me to board the bus. i asked him why do i need to pay you 50 rs when i booked it from the companies website. As the response to my question that guy responded in a very unpleasant way stating let me see how you board the bus today. He was successful in what he was saying, he did not stop the bus for me to board. i could see the bus passing thru me without stopping. Later when i called him and shouted why yiu din't stop the bus, he said that the bus is waiting for you in Madurai and he made me to board another bus to Madurai.
Money is not a matter, if he would asked for the money after making me to board the bus i might have given him. But how can he ask me money directly stating only then i will make you board the bus. Is this how the passengers are treated by Parveen. And how can the bus leave when the ticket is booked the same companies website.
I booked a sleeper bus and the bus which he mentioned that was waiting for me was a seater.
It was very stressful and painful to stand all alone at that time and to board a seater bus instead of booking a sleeper bus. i don't know such a reputed travels is keeping such cheap people as Point of contact for the passengers. I'm planning to file case regarding this issue.'

The manager named Ravi in your coimbatore branch is...bribing more money...so take care of him.....or else....he will ruin the reputation of your travels.....he earning more money from unconfirmed sources and..travelling many unwanted goods to earn money....so check him......

Iam a regular visitor to nagore darga. I need to be there by morning 4am. I booked your bus service that schedule time mentioned is 10am in t nagar Chennai. Now it's 11.40 till now your bus didn't turned up here. The bus driver also don't know the route. This is the last time i'm travelling on Parveen travels.

My son reached the boarding point ahead of the departure time today. In the meantime, I contacted your customer care personnel to know about the arrival of the bus at Perungalathur. I was surprised and shocked when I was informed that that specific bus has been cancelled yesterday itself and in fact, was questioned how I booked that ticket. I tried to reach chief operating officer through the contact number but could not do so. A customer care lady staff called me and informed that Perungalathur office person failed to inform us about this cancellation. My efforts to reach that Perungalathur office through phone failed as the called did not receive the call.
Please refund the amount immediately.
Your service is very very poor and discourteous and insensitive to the sufferings of the passengers. I am very sad to record my displeasure and pain due to this poor service. The company may think it is big. But remember the fall of the big is certain if the customer service is like this. Sorry that we chose to travel in this Parveen travels bus.
