Just now, on 30.06.2018 in the morning 9.30 AM I approached the apllo pharmacy at Kaggadaspura main road, C.V.Raman Nagar , Bangalore.
I wanted to purchase Glycomet and cobadex as my sugar was to be controlled quickly.
I came in the shop both your sales persons were busy giving medicines to the customers. Next was me.
Suddenly another person came and asked for Allegra. The man at the counter picked it up and started giving Allegra to the person who came behind me and started billing him.
I asked the second person to give my medicines he gave me Glycomet, and suddenly another person came behind me and asked for some medicines. my request was not completed and the other person was given his medicine and billing started again.
When I asked why I am not given on first-cum-first basis, I was asked in return, "whats the matter, its only few minutes?"
That same few minutes could be spared by those who came after me, isn't it?
Then I was told, "if you don't want to purchase, you can leave the shop".
Now I want to know, why such a service to me a senior citizen? Am I asking the medicines for free of cost? Am I begging you?
This attitude is utterly negligent towards people. I will prevent people going to your pharmacy anymore.
Go to bloody hell.

Being a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy as my company Engineers India Limited who has authorized Apollo pharmacy for purchasing of medicine. But the behaviour of one member at your franchise located at Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, 201010 is not professional and did not treat customer as per polite policy of any pharma company.
Moreover, they ignore the presence and show them a superior in all respect.
Today I.e. 19.07.2018 when I went at shop for ringworm cream then other members informed me for some doctor. I asked for dermatologist then without listening and seeing he told I don't know. When I asked that you didn't lisyen snd see the location where i have pointed out for doctor clinic then how could you react.
After that he debated and used abusive language.
I felt sorry and he with smiling face replied it's okay as he didn't do any fault.
Dear Sir, matter is not big but submission is this that your staff should be polite and cooperative.
From today onwards I will not purchase any medicine from Apollo and inform to company for this matter.

I have purchased your Diabetic protein powder which as per directions to consumed 25 gm 2wice a day.
I want to know how to measure 25 gm in terms of table spoon or otherwise one soup is there in the tin box...do that scoop constitute 25 GM quantity.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a complaint on the Staff working at Apollo Pharmacy, Railway Station Road, Pallavaram on the evening of 20th January 2019.
I am a regular Customer (Phone No:9940429227) here. I visited this Pharmacy around 6.30 PM on 20/01/19. In the begining itself, I have informed the Staff in the Counter that I will be making the purchase only if I could pay through Mobikwik. He assured it can be done and he pointed out the huge notice put up by mobikwik in front of the Counter announcing offer.
I have told him my requirements. He was very slow in taking out the items. At the time of billing, he made me to repeat my phone number three times, each time making some mistakes.
After 10 minutes he was still saying he was trying to connect mobikwik. In the meanwhile I have told him to attend to others since I didn't like to make others wait. In the process nearly 20 minutes elapsed.
Then he talked to someone over phone. After 10 minutes another person came and bluntly told me that payment through Mobikwik will not be done. I asked him then why the other man made me to wait for 30 minutes. Instead he could have said this first itself when I enquired whether mobikwik payment is available. For this, the person answered in a most disrespectful manner not caring even for my age.
I am a regular customer doing business with Apollo. Even in this Pharmacy, I found the Lady Staff are well mannered and Courteous. But these two useless people mentioned above are surely a blot to the fair name of your Company. If such irresponsible people are not weeded out, your institution will definitely lose Clients who care for Self respect than the pittance you are offering as Discount, which is anyway available even from Other Organisations.

on17 Feb 2019, i went to the Apollo pharmacy store at neredmet cross road, secunderabad, talangana for purchasing a diabetic tablet.I had to wait for nearly half an hour while the pharmacist was searching for the tablet. finally after this long wait he announced that he was unable to locate the tablets.i requested him to be more organized so customers need not wait that long.he replied he is not afraid if i go an complain.for bringing such a bad name to a reputed pharmacy such persons must be dismissed.i am a senior citizen am i am very much distressed by such behavior that too coming from a very reputed Apollo pharmacy.
this happened in the morning between 8- 8.30.

I am a regular customer of your pharmacy located at yapral, secunderabad. In the evening time of Monday(16.3.2020) i went to the pharmacy to purchase " SODOX' CAPSULES. The person available in the counter was so irresponsive by watching his mobile, straight away he told me that, the medicine is not available. i have requested him to inquire in the next Appolo store whether it is available. he said i will not inquire you go and inquire. I thought i should inform the administration that, you should not loose the company's reputation. please look into.Regards

Use of Diabetic protein powder by BN Mishra:

I have used the Diabetic protein powder as per the instruction given. But after using after 15-days, when I taken a blood test it is observed that, my fasting sugar and cholesterol level has been increased. This power I was taking once during night time with diluted milk. Then I stopped taking this diabetic power for last one month.
Now I taken my blood test again. It is found that, my cholesterol level is at the border line (normal) and fasting sugar is some what reduced.
My assumption and advice to the diabetic people that, this power is not helpful and blood sugar level cannot be maintained or controlled or any positive result can be obtained by using this diabetic protein powder, rather than side effects.
These are selling only for commercial purpose adding so many positive reviews to attract people . Please don't go as per the ingredients shown above the pack. Who knows these are correct or not and nobody checked also.
