Hi Team,

I here by wanted to express my very unpleasant feeling caused by the Parveen contact person.
I planned to travel to chennai from RR Nagar(near Sattur) and booked ticket from Parveen website on May 3rd to travel on the same day. When i tried calling the number given in the SMS to board the bus, the person who answered the call demanded for 50 rs, only then he will make me to board the bus. i asked him why do i need to pay you 50 rs when i booked it from the companies website. As the response to my question that guy responded in a very unpleasant way stating let me see how you board the bus today. He was successful in what he was saying, he did not stop the bus for me to board. i could see the bus passing thru me without stopping. Later when i called him and shouted why yiu din't stop the bus, he said that the bus is waiting for you in Madurai and he made me to board another bus to Madurai.
Money is not a matter, if he would asked for the money after making me to board the bus i might have given him. But how can he ask me money directly stating only then i will make you board the bus. Is this how the passengers are treated by Parveen. And how can the bus leave when the ticket is booked the same companies website.
I booked a sleeper bus and the bus which he mentioned that was waiting for me was a seater.
It was very stressful and painful to stand all alone at that time and to board a seater bus instead of booking a sleeper bus. i don't know such a reputed travels is keeping such cheap people as Point of contact for the passengers. I'm planning to file case regarding this issue.'
