    Bus Conductor is Speaking rudely with passengers by Bhavesh:

    Dear sir/Madam
    I am From Bhiwandi i am daily travelling in Bus Number :- 88 From Bhiwandi To Mankoli Today Date:- 12/09/2023 Bus Number MH 04 HY 7024 in these bus the conducter is Misbehaving and Rudely speaking with every Passenger i have travelled in this bus timing is 09: 24 and He is Not Coming to give the ticket he is sitting in one seat telling u have to come to me to take the ticket either U pass The money this the duty of the conductors. This is The Right Policy of Your Transportation.
    Take strict Action on him otherwise u don't send this bus to bhiwandi i am not travelling 1 st time in tmt i never seen this type of conductors in TMT.

    Kindly consider this as a suggestion instead of as a complaint.
    It is high time to get a computerized TCR (Traffic Control Room) for TMT at SATIS (Station Area Traffic Improvement System). Most of the time buses has to wait about 3 to 5 min for allotment from Traffic controller for the next rout. Buses have to wait in queue as there is space limitations at entrance and approach road. The bus in back end of the queue will have a waiting time same as the sum waiting time of all other buses ahead.
    This can be avoided and TMT cam ply more trips by computerising the control room. Controller gets the message from bus before it reaches the SATIS, about 200 metres away. Controller can alot the next rout of the bus with a click and same will send to the bus as message. Bus can come directly to the respective bus stop and all the idle time can be minimised. Same thing can reflect in the indicater at each bus stop too. It will immensely benefit passengers and TMT. So kindly do something for implementing this ASAP.

    M gate bus stand in mumbra is located at the location where the people and i also faced the regular arguments with auto rikshaw drivers only for the reason that they dont want to stand and waiting for a bus they daily doing argument not thinking of any people such as elder or younger or senior citizen so i requested you to please arrange better place to stand for people and take relief us from this daily evening arguments with auto walas

    Bhiwandi shivaji maharaj chowk to mulund station bus no. 88 , there is no controller at shivaji maharaj chowk in morning before 8.30 am, drivers leave with bus before timings , 7.35 am bus leaves at 7.26-7.30 am , and then there is no bus after 7.30 till 8.10am, these timings are very crowded , i request you to please increase bus frequency and also ask drivers and controllers to see that bus leaves on time from bus stop.
    and also please provide AC bus from bhiwandi shivaji maharaj chowk to mulund station.

    12 no bus from Thane station to pawar nagar and even from pawar nagar to Thane buses never arrived on time even after waiting for hours and hours . The bus stop next pawar nagar stop is empty then to buses stop there i.e 63 here the people in queue is waiting for hours no buses are send .

    Sir.
    We are regular traveller from Mumbra to Bhiwandi by bus no 84 TMT .there are 7 bus services in the morning from Bharat gear to Bhiwandi starting at 7 o'clock to 10.40 am but half of the bus cancelled on daily basis specially 8.30 / 9.00 and 10.40 am
    Therefore we have to travel by other means and spend more on the same distance.There 100 of working people who travel on daily basis and suffer.
    Pls see to the matter and resolve immediately

    I have boarded TMT AC bus no 65 at Borivali at 6.15pm. The driver has not shown his interest in driving as the bus was moving Just @20 / km though the road was empty. It seems that, both the driver as well as conductor avoid the next trip. Since I am the regular traveler from this line, the necessary guidelines may be issued to drivers to maintain the speed limit @60 km at least so the passenger can reach the destination at the earliest.

    My son was travelling to Patlipada from Thane Station on 31.10.2023 by Bus no.4056, Vahan No.82142. On boarding the bus, my son asked for the ticket to Patlipada to which the conductor said go ahead, still time for patlipada. He was collecting fare from traveller to majiwada first. Since there were many passengers, my son almost reached near the Driver. The conductor was far behind. My son was still holding the fare for the travel and for the conductor to come ahead. So the amount was passed on by him and an old lady through the passangers, but they gave back the money saying he is very far. By that time almost 20 minutes passed since he boarded. Then two ticket checkers boarded the bus to check the tickets. As my son was still holding the fare and was without ticket they considered him as the person who was avoiding to buy the ticket and charged him a fine of Rs.110/- My son tried talking to them and also to the conductor but no one was ready to listen to him. My son told the conductor that the ticket checkers are fining him for no fault of his to which the ticket checker said I will do as the ticker checker says.
    The two ticket checkers fined him Rs.110/- but let the old lady go off without a fine on humanitarian grounds. Though both of them had faced the same issue i.e. go ahead still time for patlipada.
    Is this any way of extorting money from passengers to meet the monthly target of ticket checkers. Was the conductor and ticket checkers hand in hand. Had the conductor given him a ticket as soon as he asked for he wouldn’t have to pay the fine. He had been penalised for no fault of his.
    It is requested to look into the matter immediately so as to avoid other passengers facing the same issue. The receipt issued by the ticket checkers is No.154174. It is also requested to refund me the amount at the earliest and also provide me the names of the conductors and ticket checkers as I intend to excalate the issue with proper authorities too.

    Morning bus no 51 bus no • МН-04 KF-1764• date : 4 /11/23 time 6:00 bus driver did not stop the bus at dmyanti bus stop. On 3 rd November I travelled with the same bus same time and he stop the bus but on 4 November he didn’t stop. While reaching the station i found the driver and asked the reason he said auto drivers ne complaint kiya hai n bola nai rukhne ka? Is this valid reason, if auto driver have complaint i want a complain copy. Due to the bus driver mistake i was late for my exams. Please take it seriously and action should be taken on such drivers who couldn’t perform their duties with responsibility.

    There were only 2 people standing at Novartis bus stop,The bus arrived just on time and as I was walking towards it, It started moving and bus is not stop and bus stand it will stop and Lodha Amara entrance gate which is completely illogical and illegal too if bus stop is available then why your driver took Hault at entrance gate. I am started running and took the bus. The bus hadn't picked up speed and halted but once I got in the bus driver started using rowdy language that I was delaying the bus. I informed him that I had infact arrived at the bus stop before time but since the bus was not there, I waited at a place where there was proper lights. Also there wasn't anyone else to board the bus. He still kept on using rowdy language. Let me mention here that he used yeh bus humara hai and aap utar jao aapko yeh nahi jama toh and he is multiple idling abusing language with a women. The halt was of almost 3 mins with greeting and good bye's exchanged.I informed the staff there who were noting down the bus arrival timings about the driver's behavior. But instead of understanding, he kept on saying arguing that the bus driver is not to be blamed and what ever he did was correct. If the staff too is going to support rowdy language and halt for the staff as per there own convenience whom should the customer seek help from? I tried the customer help number +91 22 25812756 but no one answered.

    My complaint is for the rowdy language and the differential attitude for the bus staff travelling by bus and the common man.

    The bus no. 122 that goes from brahmand to mulund(w) never comes and departs on time. Maye be because there aren't enough buses or they don't stick to their timetable. I request to sir/mam to please check what is the issue and take the required step to fix the issue.

    मी रमाकांत दरेकर आपणास नम्र पुर्वक कळवुइच्छितो की मी पवारनगर बस स्थानकावर दोन वाजून तिस मिनिटानी पोहचलो परंतु ठाणा स्टेशनला जाणारी एकही बस उपलब्ध नव्हती म्हणून मी कंट्रोल रुम जवळ गेलो असता कंट्रोल रुमला टाळा लावलेला वदोन्ही खिडक्या बंद होत्या मी वागळे आगारात फोन लावला पण तेथुन कोणीही फोन उचलला नाही माझी अशी विनंती आहे की निदान तुमची कंट्रोल रुम तरी उघडी असावी जेणेकरून प्रवाशांना चौकशी तरी करता येईल आणि या वेळेत गाडी का नसते याची पण चौकशी व्हावी आता तीन वाजुण अठरा मिणीटे होत आहेत परंतु अजुनही गाडी नाही याबाबत चौकशी करून आम्हाला कळवावे सोबत केबिन बंदचे फोटो पाठवत आहे
