I'm at chamunda complex the 02 thane to purna the driver's not stop the bus at that stop I'm stand before 3 hr 6 bus's goes but no one stop here i want a reason and please fixed that and conductor also use a bad word to change if i have no change the conductor use a bad words why that please check this problem I'm not one who suffer that problem many people had a same problem please i request you to fixed that problem.

Waiting for more than 30 mins for bus no. 54. Conductors are only interested to give tickets and not to answer passengers query who ask when bus no. 54 will come ?. He told go to control room n ask when bus will come. People are waiting for 30 mins n after argument with senior they arrange one bus who was waiting since 15-20 mins. Rude behaviour and poor service. If there was issue of buses then why they gave tickets to passengers at bus stop ? Wastage of time and wastage of money.

Dear sir I boarded the bus from kalher naka but the ticket which was provided from the lady conductor was from Purna, and this thing happens everytime which shows that they are providing wrong ticket and if we react saying that the ticket is provided from wrong stop the simple answer is that the machine does not have that stop would request the respected authority to kindly look into this.

I was waiting for AC bus for Thane at Borivali on 28 th may since 6.00 PM. The bus was not arrived till 7.45 pm. Passengers were fed up. Pl. Run more busses in the peak hours. Don't harrase the public who are waiting for bus. If you are unable to increase the bus services then kindly discontinue the services.

I am regular passenger of bus no.54 Kasarwadavali to court naka. Since last week bus never started on time. The actual time is 8o clock then 8.20am 8.40am
But from last week the bus driver come 8.am then afterwards directly 8.40am in between there is no bus. Person has to stand for 40min for bus therefore people can't reach on time.
The bus driver took bus very far away and doing timepass or sleep in bus.
Kindly understand our situation and take proper action against this cheating.
Even today also, I stand at 1st stop of Kasarwadavali at 8.15am but there was no bus came at 8.20
We all people have to wait till 8.40am and then driver started bus at 8.42am.

Time of bus and number 34 bus goes to Ekpatopat one way 10 bus does not go and 4/6 bus waits together for 1 hour Kutla does not go... how much trouble citizens are getting.. because this bus does not leave they catch auto.. Timing Like all citizens leave home 15 minutes before...

Complaint Against-( 88 )number Bus -travelling from Mulund station to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk Bhiwandi
Yesterday I was travelling form mulund to bhiwandi and the crowd was so huge whole bus was crowded so I pre-informed the conductor that please i would face a difficulty to get off on my specific stop as there was no way going to the exit door inspite of telling the conductor he was ignoring me i asked him to stop at the specific bus stop and open the back doors for my exit through the bus instead he was showing his rudely behaviour.
Incident Date- 10 August 2023
There is a bell which is to be rang if to stop the bus and is operated by conductor he wasn’t trying Though to stop the bus at Mini punjab hotel.
(((As i was in the mid-door i was trying to get out of bus and the driver closed the door and i wash smashed between the doors ))))
I’ve face this 2 nd time!!
If action not take. I would complain to the head office with the photo and video of conductor .
Conductor was showing his unnecessarily power and bot thinking of the common people travelling this type of conductors should be discarded as they lower down the reputation of TMT and Thane city .
Please take action on this !!!!
Senior citizen discount in Bus fare by DK Singh:

I travelled from Thane station to Lawkim Bus stop on 18.08.2023 by bus no 62 I have a valid senior citizen card issued by Tahsildar Thane.
The lady conductor denied the concession and asked me to get TMT senior citizen card. Am I suppose to get that card also. Accordingly so many dept can ask for their own senior card. and the senior citizen will just run for this.
I have the ticket copy with me and that can be produced on demand.

Passengers have to wait 1 hour daily in morning peak hours .
At least provide 1 bus every half hour till 12.00 pm

The staff at Anunagar TMT bus Depot office for student pass is very rude. I wanted to avail concession for TMT bus pass for my daughter. The form is in Marathi, she never explains eventhough she is sitting idle, she is always in a bad mood, no respect for people. Everytime she rejects the form giving nonsense excuses. She thinks she is government employee, she is in a great position where others are nothing in front of her.

I was given a student pass at the Thane station pass office. The conductors r refusing to accept saying, its just an ID card, I have to get the pass with QR code. Can u suggest me where can I get the pass with QR code.
