Dear sir,
Daily I travel from patlipada to Botivali at 6.15 to 6.30 am bus no 60.
The ghobunder toad is mostly traffic by heavy veichles one day after
Inspite of having good service rd why the driver is nit taking in service rd because most of the bus go and also AC TMT 65 goes through service rd
Pls instruct the bus no 60 drivers to take through service rd if traffic is there sincevwe have to reach office sir
Pls look into the matter

No buses frequency of 85 bus no. Bhiwandi to Mulund by Khushi:

End number of passengers travel to mulund and thane. 85 bus from Bhiwandi to Mulund frequency is too less why so? Earlier people from different areas used to come to Narpoli now we have to travel to other areas to catch the buses. Traffic shouldn't be the excuse because these days traffic is not only in Bhiwandi but almost everywhere. And pls avoid short trips just because of traffic. It's the responsibility of driver and conductor to make us reach the destination but in that case they in between declare short trip to kalher or Purna....this is not done! Pllssss start and increase the frequency of buses of 85...from Bhiwandi Narpoli and from Mulund bus stop too.
Start 126 AC BUS THANE TO BKC by Beena Gaikwad:

All public travelling from Thane to BKC have only 1 bus 126 AC.
Before Covid there were 4 buses morning and 4 buses Evening.
Since all corporate have started functional 100 % for 6 days in a week, request you ti start all 4 buses on daily basis.
TMT will have lot of profit and all passengers who wil travel daily will be comfortable in TMT buses.
Please consider this request on behalf of more than 250 passengers daily.

BAD/LAZY KASARVADVLI BUS DRIVER 6.40AM BUS by SHIRLEY:

Complaint is against this bus driver who starts from Kasarvadvli 6.40am bus. Very slow. Lazy person. Drives the bus in such a speed even Buffalo overtakes him. Take strict action against him. No manners to talk to a lady. Shouting top of his voice when corrected. Reaches Thane station very late. He is not interested in doing his duty ask him to sit at home.

I was travelling from haware City to majiwada bus stop so I took the ticket from conducter and I was not having change so I gave him 100 RS but in return he gave me 75 RS instead of 85RS as the bus ticket from haware City to majiwada bus stop is 15 RS.
SO, I want my balance money back.
Please be kind to me.

I was traveling from haware City to majiwada bus stop on 28/July/2022 at 4:00 pm. The bus ticket from haware City to majiwada bus stop is 15rs but I was not having the change so I gave him a 100rs note but instead of returning me 85rs he gave 75rs only.
So,I think that I should get my money back as soon as possible.

There is very very poor service for Bus number 83 .
Bus is not on proper time. Everytime bus got cancel and already its having very less frequency.
Every night there is cancellation of Bus and no intimation from counter at Thane station.
We people are waiting at Thane station and ng regency for almost more than 1 hr daily.
Very pathetic service.

Narpoli and purna buses not available after 10:00 pm, from thane cidco bus depo, whenever I ask them they say we didn't had our dinners , route is jam ,we didn't have drivers etc etc. I have seen they took bribes from auto drivers which they take fares too costly, whenever bus will not available there are too many share auto drivers available at location asking per person 50rs ,what should we do, what if any thing happens in between route , there are no cops , no administrator, there are lot of people traveling after 10:30 pm but poor service getting from tmt and nmmt

My question is why there is no tapa at nitin company. As nitin is proper stop I usually travel 61, 700, 492 bus.

Bus no.MH04.HY 7023 Anand nagar te borivali..i had 200 and ticket was of rupees 10 ..i said u give 100 for my next journey and remaining 90rs/- i will collect from depo but he said he didn't hv change but.conductor not refunded the money and get off the beyond the my stop even he had change but he was frustrated and continuously doing argument with people.
