    Most of the time bus was not stop on ganesh nagar stop. Space available inside the bus but conductor or drive was consider to pick passenger from ganesh nagar.

    Every day i spend 1hr or more to wait for this degraded service. Every day i see the rickshaws increasing for sharing charging 150/- per seat. Is this some sort of joke then stop keeping this route all together. It's highly disrespectful to have no bus for 1-1hr and force people to take random commute. It's ur Nexus for Rick's.     Dear Team,

    This complaint is regarding the bus driver of captioned bus no.

    I missed the bus from borivali station but I saw bus was standing in traffic hence was knocking door couple of times however bus driver was so rude and so reluctant to open the door.

    Women is knowing door at 9.15pm and driver was not opening the bus for 5 to 10 minutes...than someone from bus told me to go to business stop meanwhile and take a bus.

    I was standing on stop and finally he opened the door and started shouting on me.

    He told me twice to get down from bus.

    Kindly make a note on the rudeness of the driver for bus no captured as above and take a necessary action since other passengers also must be suffering due to his rudeness.

    There is no bus from borivali to thane in the afternoon from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm .it's very difficult for commuting.please look into the matter

    Even after 1.5 hours, the bus has not come yet. We passengers are waiting for the bus every evening from 7:20 pm, please leave on time even if the buses are less.

    आम्ही मीरा रोड स्टेशन ते ठाणे कोर्ट नाका असा दररोज बस क्रमांक 58 ने प्रवास करत आहोत. 1 एप्रिल 2024 पासून जुन्या मोठ्या एसी बसेसच्या जागी नवीन इलेक्ट्रिक बसेस येत आहेत.
    तथापि, आम्हाला धक्का बसला आहे की नवीन इलेक्ट्रिक बसेस नॉन-एसी आहेत आणि यामुळे आमची खूप गैरसोय झाली आहे. तुम्हाला माहिती आहेच की, हवामान खूप उष्ण आणि दमट आहे आणि उन्हाळाही सुरू झाला आहे.
    आमच्यासाठी दररोज प्रवास करणे खूप गैरसोयीचे झाले आहे तसेच नवीन इलेक्ट्रिक बसेस लहान आहेत आणि जास्त गर्दी करतात.

    सर्व प्रवाशांकडून विशेष विनंती म्हणून, आम्ही तुम्हाला नम्रपणे विनंती करतो की AC बसेस पूर्ण क्षमतेने सकाळी 7.30 आणि सकाळी 8 वाजता पुन्हा सुरू करा.

    We have been regularly travelling from Mira Road station to Thane court naka daily by Bus No. 58. From 1st April 2024 the old big AC buses are replaced by the new electric buses.

    However, we are shocked that the new electric buses are NON-AC and this has caused us a lot of inconvenience. As you are aware, the weather is very hot and humid and summer too has begun. It has been very inconvenient for us to travel daily as well as the new electric busses are small and gets overcrowded.

    As a special request from all passengers, we humbly request you to kindly re-start the AC buses at 7.30am and 8am which has a full capacity.

    I was waiting at the stop majiwada but 2 drivers refused to open and stop the bus going towards borivali
    Extremely bad service sir...very bad ..if you don't want to give service then complain it to your head to restrictbus service till borivali and keep it till Mira road only..simple solution
