    Misbehaviour by Parmarjagruti:

    I, Jagruti Parmar, have passanger pass from por to vadodara 'express category'. I took Ahmedabad to vagara express bus from vadodara . I showed my pass to conductor and said to him that I missed my bus and next bus is after 1 hour so I will go to kirtisthbh & pickup another bus. Then conductor replied your pass is not valid because in your pass is only from Por to Vadodara and nowhere it is mentioned that por-via kirtisthabh-vadodara . I told him every bus drop me kirtisthambh and its my routine. He replied me very rudely that this is my bus and i will not drop u kirtisthbha & you guys just come for time pass and spoke with me very rudely. When i showed my express pass he even through out my pass. I said him that I am talking with you respectively and u don't even care to listen me and speaking with me haphazardly. Is this the way you have to talk to passengers and especially to speak before girls?

    Its a request pls tell them to respect passengers because we are giving money in advance so that we can reach at our destination on time. We are not travelling for free. It has been last 10 years of traveling but none of the conductor replied me like him.

    Kindly take a action for the same so that no passenger can again get the same problem which i faced today.

    We have received a lot of complaints from the Gandhinagar to Visapur but we do not listen to any complaints. So I hope help us.

    Misbehaviour of conductor bus GJ18Z2933 by Rajul Vaghela:

    I want to register a complain against Conductor of Bus no for his misguide and misbehavior to me and my family.
    1) I did not give us correct ticket from navasari to ahmedabad. we wanted to to drop at Ranip bus stand I asked us to purchase new ticket after reaching ahmedabad Main bus stand. I told us Ranip Bus stand does not belongs to ahmedabad. When I asked about reason he forced us to leave bus on the way and inform driver not to drive bus at night 12.30 am. I was with family and not ant choice to do what he said. I requested for a kid 5 year old for sleeper seat which was empty from Navasari to Baroda.
    2) He asked for extra money for using sleeper seat Rs. 100 per person extra other than ticket purchased.
    3) He also told he is not afraid from any complain because nothing will happen on complain.
    4) When I asked for extra halt near Geetamandir other that official stop , he answered roughly. more than 30 minutes he stopped there for getting his commission.

    I request you to take appropriate action for his behavior towards family person or any passenger who is paying for Good service.

    I am also sending this mail to other responsible departments. Expect action and feedback for the same..

    i prakash ahir and tour your bus junagadh to surat,at the tour bus stop there hotel that unavailable of own toilet facility (raj shakti restaurant) man also going in open place but ladies passed on big problem,
    so pls change your place for stop

    I regularly use dwaraka-bhavnagar sleeping bus. But I can't book ticket online because in gsrtc site same bus and same time(23:00) is showing double times.

    I had Ticked Booked ticket for going to politana from Ahmedabad - Nehrunagar. Following are the deatails as under :-

    However, the problem is that, we have not received the confirmation message. Moneies debited from bank account. Please send the message of bus details and seat number etc.

    For ankleshwar to Aurangabad
    Total process completely done last i done payment activities
    Rs 870/- for 2 ticket have been deduct from my bank account and i got a massage like service time out but tickets didnot generate

    I alredy complain on customer care and they told me that after 21 days from date of booking you will get back refund of ur ticket
    But today is 30th days of my booking date but i couldn't get any refund in my bank account

    Bus never arrived for the Date & Timing by Navin Dangia:

    GSRTC - PNR - G19002633 from Ahmedabad to Surat on date 4th March 2018, timing :- 15:35 PM in the Shital Dangia.

    We both were standing at the mentioned placed @ Paldi for the given time on 15:35 PM. we waited for the bus till 5:00 PM, also we did continuous call on the mentioned number in the ticket, but it was unanswerable. At the last we have to go via Train to surat as we are clueless.

    So now request you to please refund our bus ticket amout, where in we didnt travel for the ticket booked, as bus never came to said location as well as no information. The amount was 716 for the ticket.

    looking for a positive response from the team.

    Sir i am divyesh,
    me ne GSRTC bus me bahut dekha Hu k Jo handicap or blind hote he uske liye Jo government ne seat Tay kiya he usame uske log reservation kar dete he.
    And koi bhi blind ya handicap aadami aata he to use seat nahi malati agar vo reservation nahi bhi he to bhi nahi milati. Conductor bolata he ki jaha se bus starting karati he vaha jao geto hi seat milega varan nahi milega.
    Ek bat agar muje Ahmadabad se Mumbai Jana he and Vadodara busdepo se bethunga to sheat nahi milegi esa he to muje kya Ahmadabad aana padega...??
    Sir esa GSRTC ka system he to in bichare logo ka kya hoga please iske liye kuch aapki taraf se kuch kijiye.
    Jitane bhi ese log he uske liye a6a hoga and koi aapke parivar , society me hoga to uska a66a hoga and government ka bhi pata chalega.......thanks
