Complaint Regarding Dirtiness In Volvo Bus by Pradip Brahmbhatt:

In Buses @ sitting Places , Floor , Net of Sit too Much dirtiness
We are paying charges for that & govt also pay the charges for the cleaning, after that in buses there are so much dirtiness .
At one side Govt told Swacch Bharat Abhiyan & at secondly we are facing in buses this problems .

With reference to trailing mail, I had booked the ticket on 23rd Jan for travelling on 24th from Amit Nagar(Baroda) to Ahmedabad (Nehrunagar). But due to technical reson, I could not received Ticket Confirmation mail/SMS and could not travel with same.
So this is humble request to refund deducted of 219 rs.

I travelled on 13-2-2018 by 2 pm volvo bus from Vadodara to Nehrunagar Ahmedabad.The driver did not lock the luggage dicky door. He did not bother to see loading and unloading of luggage. Any thief can easily steal luggage.Also at Nehrunagar ,when I was removing my luggage , He started running bus resulting in accident.Please take suitable action.Thanks.

Dear sir , I would like to make complaint against Bus driver whose name is Ramesh who has been permanent driver in balasinor depot , sir he has been irregular and he is misbehave to passenger now and then , he used to keep the relation with one lady in bus who always take a place along with his driver cabin while on journey ,so there for we have been getting late to reach office or school, when passanger scold him then after he used to do mis behave with the passanger and used to fight with him
kindly take some necessary step against him so he can be on track soon

We have paid fare for ahmedabad to radhanpur but some issue in public bus going to only chanasma and conductor siad bus can not go ago. That its okey but he is not giving back money of our rest area transport which was rest.
