i am consumer no 1734 and i have following grievances from that vendor:
1 first of all they never deliver cylinder timely and they take at least 15 days for delivery of cylinder after booking. on repeated inquiry they behave badly.
2 they didn't tell us clear procedure for issuance of 2nd cylinder. on booking of 2nd cylinder they just gave us DBC no 784. we are inuring for 2nd cylinder since 1 year and on every inquiry they extend delivery/issuance date for 2 months and we are yet to get 2nd cylinder.
3 they donot pick up phone calls.
if they provide such poor service then license of such vendor should get cancelled.
i am very disappointed to take connection from this vendor. i request you to kindly help me for faster and bettter service.

I want to book a home delievery of cylinder but it is unable to book through online number i.e. +919911554411.Neither able to raise request through online gas booking nor anybody picking call on 01274250264.
Please help to resolve this issue.

I also contact with Mr Dinesh delivery boy on his mobile. But my cylinder has not been delivered till date despite repeated request. I also lodged online complaint. Plx delivered my cylinder

I have transfer my gas connection from Faridabad to Rewari. I have submitted all relevant document at your gas agency at 26/03/2015, 1:00 pm . But still no action has been done. I have called many time at your agency but your employee always said (ABHI NAHI HUA H TIME LAGE GA) will you please tell me how many days you have required to do transfer work . And after how many days i will get the connection with filled Gas cylinder . Is this tranfure work is so complicated that will take more then one day?.pls reply on 8816900921 so i can arrange other option for cooking food.
