    i am consumer no 1734 and i have following grievances from that vendor:
    1 first of all they never deliver cylinder timely and they take at least 15 days for delivery of cylinder after booking. on repeated inquiry they behave badly.

    2 they didn't tell us clear procedure for issuance of 2nd cylinder. on booking of 2nd cylinder they just gave us DBC no 784. we are inuring for 2nd cylinder since 1 year and on every inquiry they extend delivery/issuance date for 2 months and we are yet to get 2nd cylinder.

    3 they donot pick up phone calls.

    if they provide such poor service then license of such vendor should get cancelled.

    i am very disappointed to take connection from this vendor. i request you to kindly help me for faster and bettter service.
