ये सिलेंडर डिलीवर कर दिया गया है इस मैसेज के मुताबिक, लेकिन मुझे अभी 1 दिसम्बर 4:17बजे शाम तक सिलेंडर नहीं मिला है। मैंने 100 रुपये किलो के हिसाब से 2 किलो गैस छोटे सिलेंडर में भरवाया है। अब सिलेंडर का रेट 200 रुपये कम करके भेजें। साथ ही बताएं कि सिलेंडर किसे दिया, क्योंकि मुझे तो अभी मिला नहीं है। नहीं तो अभी 6 बजे तक मुझे मेरे सिलेंडर भेजा जाए।

सर, मैं रमेश कुमार, दैनिक भास्कर से हूँ और म न 229 , सुभाष नगर तहसील कैम्प पानीपत में रहता हूँ।
मेरा गैस मेरी ग्राहक संख्या s-3821 है। मैंने बुधवार 29 नबम्बर 2017 को सिलेंडर बुक करवाया था। 30 को कैश मीमो बन गई और पहली दिसम्बर को मुझे मेसेज भी आ गया कि आपका सिलेंडर डिलीवर हो गया है लेकिन आज 4 दिसम्बर 2017 तक मुझे सिलेंडर नहीं मिला है। मुझे 120 रुपये प्रतिकिलो के हिसाब से 32 किलो गैस छोटे सिलेंडर में भरवाना पड़ा। इसलिए आप इस पर संज्ञान लें और मेरा सिलेंडर अभी 4 बजे शाम तक भिजवाने की कृपा करें।
साथ ही मेरी सब्सिडी भी शायद खाते में आई बन्द हो गई है, इसे भी ठीक करने की कृपा करें। क्योंकि मैंने kyc फॉर्म जमा करवाते समय सबकुछ अपडेट करवाया था। इसलिए कृपया मेरी समस्या पर तुरन्त ध्यान दें। कृपया अपने मोबाइल नम्बर भी sms के जरिये तुरन्त भेजने की कृपा करें, ताकि जरूरत पर आपसे सम्पर्क किया जा सके।
