Our gas agency, M/s. SUNY GAS AGENCY - Indane distributors located at Perambur, chennai has been distributing for my place for the past 17 years or so . Normally, the LPG cylinder lasts for about 35 to 40 days.. For the past two months, the cylinder lasts only for two weeks. This, I have complained to the agency also, but in vain. The delivery man by name Nagaraj when told about this, says that the complaint has to be lodged only.
If this kind of service continues to the customers, the agency license has to be terminated. I require the cylinder to be given free of cost.
Request that a speedy action to be taken in this regard.

We started using the new refill on 27-MAY and it got fnished by 19-JUN-18. My consumer id is CA 49570 and contact no is 9845469632.
This is too bad. There seems to be underweight or poorly filled cylinders which are delivered to the innocent people. The delivery body never comes up with weighing machine and immediately delivers the cylinder and takes the cash payment. Now a innocent customer gets fooled and he has no option. Please replace the cylinder.
