मेरा नाम कांता देवी पति लाभ चंद बलाई पिता बंशी लाल बलाई निवासी अरनोदा है मैं प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला गैस कनेक्शन योजना के तहत अपनी पत्नी कांता देवी पति लाभ चंद बलाई के गैस कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन करने अपने नजदीकी गैस डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर कलिका गैस सर्विस गया था परन्तु जब में वहां गया तो मुझे पता चला कि मेरी पत्नी का गैस कनेक्शन प्रियंका इंडियन गैस गाँधी नगर चित्तौरगढ़ पर बना हुआ बता रहा है जबकि मैंने कभी प्रियंका इंडियन गैस कभी गया ही नही और न ही कभी किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी डॉक्यूमेंट मैंने उज्ज्वला गैस कनेक्शन के लिए कभी वंहा जमा करवाया उसके बाद इसका पता चलते ही में प्रियंका इंडियन गैस,गाँधी नगर,चित्तौरगढ़ का पता निकाल कर वंहा चला गया वंहा जाने पर मैंने उनको मेरी पत्नी आधार कार्ड दिखाया तो उन्होंने बोला कि ये कनेक्शन जिसका था वो ले गया जबकि मैं और मेरी पत्नी कभी वंहा गये ही नही है उसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे से अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुए मुझे धके मार के वंहा से निकल दिया
मेरे उपभोक्ता क्रमांक 7061377177 है वह मेरी रिलेशनशिप आईडी 7000000061377177 है इस वक़्त ये गैस कनेक्शन प्रियंका इंडियन गैस,गाँधी नगर,चित्तौरगढ़ पर अवैध रूप से उपयोग लिया जा रहा है
अगर मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही हुआ तो मैं ED साहब तक भी ये समस्या लेकर भी लेके जाने कि पूरी हिम्मत रखता हूँ क्यूंकि आपकी ये एजेंसी प्रियंका इंडियन गैस,गाँधी नगर,चित्तौरगढ़ द्वारा जो हम जैसे उपभोक्ताओ के साथ बध्सुलिखी कि जा रही है वह सहन योग्य नही है

We surrendered our cylinder on 27th jan and they informed it will be done on Monday. I have 2 babies and how do I feed them. If the staff working there if it's they kids they will do anything to get work done. However on going Monday they said supervisor is not their to approve. Since then not responding to my calls. Worst agency .

Why this people charges for delivery 75 rupees in 10 kilometres radius. This is not good for all Village people.

Dear Sir
This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing an issue of the irregular supply of gas cylinders at our place since the last 3 months even after multiple booking done by our registered mobile number (Suresh Tyagi- 9971760986). But the delivery boy having contact detail (8920409757) neither answer positively nor he deliver the cylinder to our address and this is also to inform you that even on non-delivery of cylinder, we have continuously received the message of successfully delivered message of cylinder on our registered mobile number as this is a big scam going on in market. They diverted our booked cylinder to another person and sold them in black to another unauthorized person.
Mangalam Indane Gas agency, Adarsh Nagar, Ballabgarh having contact details (8750712222) is also not responding positively and not giving solution to our long pending problem. I repeatedly attempt to contact their customer service, but the situation remains the same. They make their phone switch off or make them out of reach on making repeated calls by us.
We have been facing this issue for the past few months. The delay in the supply of gas cylinders has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.
I understand that there might be some reasons that cause the delay in the supply of gas cylinders. However, this cannot be an excuse for the continuous irregularities. I request you to take immediate action and ensure a regular supply of gas cylinders in our locality.
