I had booked for a cylinder on 4th May and on 5th May, I had received a message from my gas agency that DAC had been generated for my bill amount. But they never delivered it. Today on 7th, they have generated a new invoice with inflated amount. Did they not do it purposely?? Why did they not deliver it on 5th or 6th? They knew that from today, the charges will be hiked. R/Sir मैंनेदिनांक5 मई 2021 को घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर ऑनलाइन बुक किया था तथा उसी समय ऑनलाइन 968.50 रू पेमेंट भी कर दी थी। आज दिनांक 7 मई 2022 को दोपहर बाद मुझे सिलेंडर मिला है।अब संबंधित गैस एजेंसी वाले मुझसे 50 रू बढ़ी क़ीमत मांग रहे है जबकि मैंने पैमेंट की थी उस समय कीमत बढ़ी हुई नही थी। कृपया बताएं कि मुझे 50 रू और देने होंगे या नहीं।

Cylinder delivered late and over charged by P Gupta:

On 4th May 2022 gas refill booked online with advance payment of Rs. 989.5. Order no was 2-002050401290.
Accordingly, on May 5, invoice generated for Rs 989.5 with DAC 5392(sms received). But they didn't deliver.
Again on May 7, invoice generated for Rs. 1039.5 with DAC 3603(sms received). What is this? Why did they charge increased amount? Why didn't they deliver within a day(as mentioned) of generating 1st invoice. What was the wrong with me? If the matter was not materialized, I will take up the issue with petroleum ministry.

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to state that I am a customer of Rupjyoti Gramin vitrak, Kendukona, Kamrup(R), Assam. Bearing consumer no. 7530448502. I have received a filled rifil (14.2 kg) cylinder on 06-03-2022.But when I was about to use that cylinder bearing no. 825982. I found that it is a water filled cylinder. I approached my distributor for free replacement but on the contrary they have issued refill and changed for the same.
Hence I would like to request you to kindly look after the matter and arrange for a free of change replacement against the defective one.
